Vous disposez d’une cuisine équipée avec four et plaque electrique, un lit king size, et d’une salle de bain avec douche à l’italienne.

À 2min à pied du Nikki Beach, La Guerite, Gypsea ou Eden Rock Hotel. Entouré de boutiques et de bars et restaurants, la résidence est animée et peut être bruyante certains soirs. Cet appartement est destiné à des personnes aimant l’animation. Pour le parking, la résidence en a un mais il n’y a pas de stationnement privé.
