Villa holiday rentals in Gustavia

Villa Boa was perfect for our group of 3. It had comfortable furniture, a lovely view, and everything we needed (stocked kitchen, beach chairs, AC in the bedrooms and living room). The villa is conveniently located, central to St Jean, Grand Cul de Sac and Point Milou. The owner and her property manager were responsive and very helpful. We had a great stay!

One of our best stays on the island! Host was so good, she was remarkable! The place was ideal, exactly as described. The villa was clean, stocked and location was perfect! I would stay here again and again. Host was reachable at any time if needed, it definitely felt like home away from home. Everything was perfect! 10 stars! ❤️

The villa is absolutely stunning and really well suited for 3 couples or a family to stay. There is so much room and it is very private. Exactly like the pictures. The pool is a great place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the island. Frederic and Emilie were great at providing instructions on how to get to the villa but I would recommend that hiring a car is essential upon arrival, as there are no shops or beaches within walking distance. Emilie was very helpful in assisting us to arrange car hire, buggy hire and jet skis and helped us with all our questions. The villa is in a very peaceful location and decorated very beautifully. Be sure to stock up on food and drink before you arrive (especially if arriving later in the evening) . Thank you to Frederic and Emilie for hosting our wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic few days here with our two young boys. Some notable features of the house: - Amazing view out over the hills and ocean that really showcases St Barth - Tasteful, modern design and furnishings - Very convenient - 5 mins drive to the airport and Gustavia - Bakery at the top of the driveway Elodie was an excellent host as well who helped us with some great suggestions.

Dans un écrin de verdure, venait découvrir cette maison d artiste au charme fou. Sentir l'air marin le doux bruit des vagues pour se ressourcer. Vous aurez tout pour vous reposer. Le calme, une piscine. Une maison très confortable. Fonctionnelle et très grande. La propriétaire est vraiment formidable et à disposition en cas de problème. Tout pour être heureux. ....et passer un excellent séjour.

We just spent about a week at Ludo’s villa and couldn’t have been happier. Views are incredible, villa is better in person than photos, location is wonderful-close to beaches and St Jean. There is a small supermarket that has all the necessities one may need, a wonderful bakery and an array of restaurants to choose from - all minutes from the villa. Pool is always warm and gets a lot of sun from morning and until late afternoon. Villa is equipped with anything one may need and Ludo is a very responsive and helpful host and always with a smile! Highly recommend!

We loved the villa it has a great view of the bay. Peaceful and private. The house was very clean and had everything you needed beach chairs, mats, and pool floats. Cant wait to go back. My recommendation to anyone renting this villa is rent a car.

Pour ce nouveau sejour aux caraibes, ce fut de loin le meilleur. Amelie est a l ecoute, toujours disponible et d excellent conseil. Native de l ile, elle sait et guide vos recherches en tout genre. Wonderful stay again with BLV. This place is great. 2 min walk from the town, nice views and also well equipped for a stay with friends. High quality property.

I loved staying at Villa Alexi, I felt right at home. The villa was spacious, clean, walk able to hotels, markets, beaches. Ample space for parking our rental car. And I loved all the windows and infinity pool! 10 out of 10. Byron was am amazing host, I hope to come back!

He welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home right away. One highlight was the thoughtfully curated guest book, filled with insider tips and spot-on recommendations that made planning effortless. Michael also provided key reservation links and apps, making bookings a breeze. The villa itself is stunning—elegantly designed, impeccably maintained, and surrounded by a lush tropical garden that creates a serene oasis. The crystal-clear pool, framed by vibrant greenery, was the perfect spot to unwind. The location balances privacy and convenience, with easy access to the island’s best beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Housekeeping was excellent—thorough yet unobtrusive. This villa exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a magical St. Barts getaway, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

Would give this villa more than 5 stars if possible! Beautiful home and surroundings; very clean. Wonderful sea breeze keeps it cool and pleasant. Although there are actually quite a lot of houses around, I was amazed at how completely private it felt. Clément was an excellent host! Very responsive and available if we needed him, but did not hover. He was so kind to give us recommendations for sights and activities and he stocked our fridge with food and drinks prior to our arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The daily housekeeping was a plus too that I did not expect. Rent this villa! You will not be disappointed!

Le logement est parfait pour 2 personnes et propose une belle vue sur la mer et un spot de surf. La villa est parfaitement équipée, il ne manque rien et le couchage est excellent. L'environnement est calme. Amandine est réactive et répond rapidement aux demandes. Ce fut parfait :)

What an incredible home. The villa is tucked into one of the quieter spots on the island, well away from the crows and traffic yet with a beautiful view. The home is stylish and extremely comfortable with ample space to relax and enjoy. We would definitely stay here again as it is one of the nicest places we have stayed on the island. Thank you! John

Suzanne was an attentive host, responded quickly and did her best to resolve the very few issues that occurred. The home was lovely, a bit tired but excellent location, private and clean.

Jean and Merete were wonderful hosts and they have made a really special hide away with very pretty ,natural looking pale blue ST Barths style ,with a four poster bed and terra cotta tiles everywhere. It is quite windy but has a stunning view . It’s certainly something memorable! We loved it !

Chris, answered any and all questions I had before we booked and after we booked. The house was as advertised, if your looking for a peaceful/private place on the beach this is it, (not far from the capitol just over the hill)awesome ocean views when sitting by the pool or down on the beach. There was seagrass on the beach but it wasn’t bad, and they cleaned it when we were there as well. I think it depends on the time of year, it didn’t stop us from going in daily (nice sandy bottom)or other people down the beach for that matter! The house had everything as advertised, kitchen had two refrigerators, two wine coolers, bedrooms were perfect and the pool was awesome. Thanks Chris for a great week!

The place was very clean with an amazing view and felt very peaceful. Max and Maxonne made me and my family feel very welcomed and was very helpful and responsive if we needed them. We can't wait to return, we will definitely be booking again.
