Stone-Lit House 2 Main House (150-year-old richest house)

Seokdeung House 2 is the main house of the richest family in Gyeongju, and is an accommodation with a well-preserved beauty of an old Korean traditional house. Enter through the large gate, pass through the beautiful garden, and pass through the second gate to connect to the main house. This property can accommodate up to 6 people, and has a large room (with a toilet for 4 people in the room), a small room (for 2 people), and a spacious floor. Please note that guests are responsible for any damage to the property or items during their stay. Since the accommodation of the three teams is in one building, please be considerate of each other so that there is no noise damage to other guests. We comply with the refund policy for any reason, including corona and weather. Please keep quiet after 10pm as there are residents in the village and guests in another building next door. Drinking, singing, and making loud noises beyond the limit will result in expulsion (non-refundable).

The lumpy house is a traditional Korean hanok that has been inhabited for two hundred years and retains the beauty of a house that is different from other newly built hanoks. Igotac is located on the stones of the Silla period, which have been in place for more than a thousand years, which were underpinning the palace or temple of the Silla period. In the late 20th century, Park Mok-wol poetry, Kim Dong-ri novelists, and other cultures visited this place, and it was a place where contemporary artists were drinking tea and talking together. Due to the nature of the old mansion, the soundproofing is not perfect, so it is a quiet rule after 10pm. There are two separate bedrooms (only one bedroom is open for two people), two toilets, an indoor living room and kitchen, and a separate kitchen where you can cook, making it a comfortable accommodation for couples, families, and friends. The open-air bath and fire pit, the signature space of Dalmuri Stay in the outside space, will give you an emotional time. My accommodation has been the place where we lived for a long time, and I recently renovated it by working by hand for a year and a half without going through the dealer directly with my owner's hand. Our accommodation is located in the center of Gyeongju, in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, which is crowded with tourists all year round, and in the future, it is bordered by Hwangnamgwan behind the Science Invention Center.With a floor area of about 45 pyeong and a land area of 165 pyeong, parking is available for up to 4 cars inside the main entrance and provides various amenities indoors and outdoors. We offer ample parking and a courtyard. It can be used by up to 10 people for an additional fee. It is located in Hwangnidan-gil, and there are convenience stores, restaurants, and taverns nearby.

El Hanok Stay

El Hanok Stay was newly built as a private hanok guesthouse, which was opened in April 2023 after a year of remodeling construction by purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is a location where you can travel to tourist attractions in Gyeongju such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung and Wolji, and right next to it, there are restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (olive) in Hwangnidan-gil.

황리단길, 첨성대, 대릉원, 교촌 마을 등 주요 관광지가 도보로 약 5분거리의 한옥마을에 위치하고 있으며 출입문이 따로 있는 넓은 단독 별채를 이용하실 수 있습니다. 바로 옆의 본채에는 "샘 (spring)"의 호스트가 거주하고 있어서 필요한 것을 바로 도움 받으실 수 있습니다. 주차 : 숙소가 골목이지만 집 주위 골목에 무료 주차 공간 많으며, 숙소 옆 경주 남부교회 주차장도 활용할 수 있습니다. 또 숙소와 조금 떨어져 있지만 첨성대와 쪽샘유적발굴지 사이 넓은 공터(다음 지도 참고, 나중에 유적지 개발 지역으로 현재는 주차 가능)도 무료 주차입니다.
