Дом с 3 этажами, недалеко от центра +быстрый вайфай на каждом этаже подходит для удаленной работы +спокойная улица +есть выход в сад, можно поливать грядки и просто медитировать +в доме очень милые гекконы, которые охотятся на комаров, термитов и других насекомых. Пожалуйста, не обижайте гекконов : ) -на острове еще нет Grab сервисов, поэтому нельзя заказать еду и такси -лучше всего снять байк, чтобы ездить по достопримечательностям -нет рабочего стола ни на одном этаже внутри, только на верандах

If you want a peaceful stay in Cat Ba away from the noise and chaos of the tourist area, this is the right choice. The apartment is located in a hidden valley, tucked behind the main streets. The view from the roof is unforgettable and I loved starting my days up there with a cup of coffee. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've encountered in all of Asia. Firm perhaps by American standards, but delightfully compliant compared to your standard mattress in the region. From renting scooters to going on boat trips, the hosts are helpful and accomodating. I highly recommend you plan on staying a day or two longer than whatever you're planning for Cat Ba. I only stayed 3 nights and would have loved to have had another day or two to see more of the island at a leisurely pace.

Beautifully decorated villa located in a quiet local area about 10 minutes walk to the main city of Hội An. Lots of cafes & local food around. Amenities are as listed & the pool was clean. Team Cam HC Villa Hoi An provided English speaking service & were very welcoming as they waited for us despite our late night check in. They helped bring our luggage upstairs to our room & assist with organising travel and activities during our stay in Hội An. If you are a last minute traveller, the team also provides various services. We chose to paid extra for the airport pick up & drop off, the coconut boat tour (including car pick up and drop off), tickets to Hội An Memory Show, Hội An Lantern boat ride & referred to a tailor shop. We found the service worth its value because we did not need to worry about tourist traps & could travel with ease. The team proved that they had better deals than other competition, are overly proactive, supportive, reliable & would check in for feedbacks.

The house is spacious and sufficiently furnished. It’s in a back alley and this way mostly quiet. Not very central so a motorbike rental is recommended, one bike is included with the place. Enjoy the local food just a few doors down which is a hidden treasure. Great for a few nights stay, easy communication. Be aware that the mattress is on the harder side, if your sensitive for that.

Kind host, easy going check in and clean facilities. Overall we were really satisfied and happy with the experience.

The place is beautiful, very clean, spacious and well-equipped. Host is very friendly, trustworthy and attentive. He also offers tours which is very convenient. We stayed only 1 night but would recommend to anyone and will always choose this place whenever we come to Cat Ba!

The unit does have a wonderful view and the gym/pool are very nice. The fees appear high on the hotel website, but the host is able to make it much more affordable. Similarly, both pools and the gym are very handy/easy to get to from the residence building. The host is very responsive and wants to help wherever she can. The area is undergoing a lot of development and there was still some repairs/restoration happening in February from the September 2024 storm, but the local area is working very hard to get things up and running. The kitchen is minimally equipped, but makes for an adequate breakfast and lunch facility. The A la carte restaurant is expensive for the area. Keep in mind that the unit is not a true one bedroom. Rather, it is a bachelor suite or hotel room with a kitchenette. There is no table at which to eat. Stay away from the taxis outside the hotel, use Grab.

Wir hatten eine schönen Aufenthalt in der gemütlichen Wohnung. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Halong Bay und alle nötigen Einrichtungen (Mini-Markt, Restaurants, ATM) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Außerdem ist es sehr leicht in der Gegend ein Taxi zu bekommen (über GRAB). Als wir aufgrund von sich ändernden Plänen unseren Aufenthalt verkürzen mussten, war das kein Problem, worüber wir sehr dankbar waren!

Căn hộ rộng rãi, có tới 4 phòng ngủ nên rất phù hợp cho nhóm đông người. Vị trí khá thuận tiện nếu bạn đi xe riêng. Host cực kỳ chu đáo, hướng dẫn rõ ràng từng bước và luôn phản hồi nhanh chóng, nhiệt tình. Một trải nghiệm rất dễ chịu!

The room is VERY nice with a beautiful glass window for a great view. Foam was helpful and even arranged a car back to the airport for us. Thank you for everything.

Piękny apartamentowiec z przestronnymi mieszkaniami. Widok z basenu na dachu to jedna z najpiękniejszych rzeczy które w życiu widziałem. Spędziłem tutaj 30 dni i czułem się jak u siebie w domu. W moim mieszkaniu było bardzo czysto i było dobrze wyposażone. Pani gospodarz była bardzo pomocna.

1000/10, This place absolutely blew my expectations. The scenery was astounding, and so peaceful. Perfect spot with restaurants down below, and that view from almost every room was breath taking. Host was very helpful letting me know how to check in and really communicative. Would recommend to anyone coming to Ha Long Bay- thanks so much for letting me stay!

Nguyen was very responsive, had great recommendations, and helped every time we reached out. The property was even better than we expected with access to great views, restaurants, spas, bars, etc. Our experience was 10 times better given the experience and we were sad when we had to leave! 11/10 would recommend :)
