Holiday rentals with lake access in Hà Nam

Khu nghỉ Làng Lá có nhiều nhà rất xinh vẫn còn đang hoàn thiện hết. Nhà chị Trang thiết kế đẹp có đầy đủ dụng cụ bếp siêu xịn, luôn sẵn sàng giúp đỡ bất kỳ yêu cầu gì. Nhà cũng có sẵn khu terrace rất rộng nhìn ra núi, có thể ngồi nướng BBQ bao chill luôn ạ. BBQ thì có thể báo trước để chị chủ chuẩn bị cho. Đặc biệt là có vườn rau bao la đủ các loại rau luôn thích lắm ạ, lúc về bọn mình còn được cho hái mang về bao nhiêu là đậu đũa, bắp cải với su hào 😍 Còn sáng cuối tuần nghe nói là còn có thể đi leo núi gần đó mà bọn mình không mang giày nên không đi được. Homestay đỉnh nhất mà mình ở từ trước đến giờ, chị chủ nhà và các anh chị ở đó cũng dễ thương hết sức! Đi gia đình đông người rời xa thành phố đi retreat vài ngày là mê ly luôn ạ.

Очень хорошая квартира. Абсолютно новая, красивая, чистая и удобная. Если можно было бы поставить 6 звезд - поставил бы. За такую цену - очень хорошая квартира. Внутри даже был хороший чайный набор. Хозяин быстро отвечает и помогает заселиться. Единственный минус - локация находится далеко, поэтому рассчитывайте, что до достопримечательностей придется ехать на такси примерно 20 минут за 10 долларов. Рядом не будет кафе и магазинов. Но сами апартаменты превосходят все ожидания

Such a perfect stay from start to finish! The host was super friendly, waited for us to arrive and helped us with our stuff to the room. Located right in the edge of Tam Cốc, close enough to access the centre, but far enough so you are surrounded by nature. Just a few steps down the road, you are greeted with their gorgeous limestone mountains. The host was able to help find motorbikes for us, But cycles are able to be rented for free too. The place also came with free breakfast, which was a great touch and a great way to start the day. The grounds keeping ladies were adorable, and they offer room cleaning too. Overall, such a great stay, we spent a total of 6 days but wish we could stay for more. A great place to explore Ninh Bình.

Ein wundervolles Homestay abgelegen von allem aber dennoch muss man es nicht zwingend verlassen wenn man möchte. Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und Runterzukommen.

Thanks to the hosts Hong and Tuan Anh for welcoming us and advising us on a great itinerary at Flower Villa. Oceanpark is a great choice for the kids on Children's Day. They got to swim, ride bikes, play, watch fireworks and snowfall.

We loved our stay at the apartment. It was exactly like the photos - a beautifully styled place that feels like home. The amenities were great and the outdoor space had beautiful views of the pagoda at night. The location is great and the downstairs coffee shop is a bonus! The host and coffee shop staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I had a great couple of nights here! The pool that’s advertised is in a separate building a short grab/walk away and has additional charge. Host messages frequently to check in and answers questions very quickly! Would definitely recommend walking around the eco park.

Hôte très accueillante, serviable et qui répond dans la minute. Super appartement avec une vue incroyable de jour comme de nuit depuis le balcon. Identique aux photos et à la description. Les installations aussi sont super, accessibles depuis un autre bâtiment, l’accès à la salle de sport est gratuite, pour la piscine il faut payer 130k dong c’est pas cher mais il y a des horaires et si vous voulez bronzer vaut mieux y aller le matin parce que l’après-midi le soleil est un peu caché par les bâtiments sinon à part ça c’est nickel. Les hommes de la sécurité à l’accueil sont très gentils et serviables aussi. La résidence est magnifique, il y a plusieurs restaurants et cafés, un Park tout le long du lac. La résidence se situe à environ 30-40min en voiture du centre-ville de Hanoï et environ 40min à 1h (si circulation) de l’aéroport. La propriétaire propose aussi un service de taxi depuis et pour l’aéroport moins cher que les Grab donc super pratique. Je recommande vraiment.

Had a great stay! The accommodation was really nice, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The pool is super nice too, just note there’s an extra fee to use it. If you’re planning to stay at Ecopark, definitely consider this spot. The host was incredibly helpful and had the best communication throughout.

Chỗ ở rất tiện nghi. Đồ đạc điều rất mới, bố cục phòng hợp lý. Tầm nhìn đẹp. Từ nơi ở đi ra khu công viên và vườn Nhật rất thuận tiện. Chủ nhà thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Xứng đáng để được hơn 5 sao.

Mình có một trải nghiệm tốt cho kỳ nghỉ vừa qua tại đây, và phần lớn là nhờ sự chu đáo và nhiệt tình của chủ nhà. Bất kỳ thắc mắc nào của mình đều được phản hồi nhanh chóng và chủ nhà luôn quan tâm đến trải nghiệm của khách. Mình có việc gấp phải vào trung tâm và rất may chủ nhà đã nhiệt tình sắp xếp xe cho mình. Nơi ở thì được chăm sóc tốt, gọn gàng, yên tĩnh và có đầy đủ mọi tiện nghi cần thiết cho cả sinh hoạt lẫn làm việc từ xa của mình. Một điểm cộng lớn nữa là nó có vị trí thuận tiện. gần siêu thị, các cửa hàng và cafe. Đặc biệt, mình rất yêu thích công viên sinh thái gần đó, nó yên bình và có gì đó giúp mình giảm stress, điều mà mình không có khi ở trung tâm thành phố. Hoàn toàn tin tưởng và 100% giới thiệu chỗ ở này cho bất kỳ ai đang tìm kiếm một không gian nghỉ dưỡng kết hợp với làm việc như mình. Cảm ơn bạn host rất nhiều.
