Forest ranger's cabin

Spend the night in an atmospheric cabin! In the same place in the 19th century, a ranger's cottage has been located. The current cottage, built in the 1950s, with its surroundings, will tell you about the past. The cottage has electricity, an air source heat pump, and a water point at the sink. In the chamber, two bunk beds, blankets 4 pcs, pillows8, and sheets. You'll find important things: an outdoor shower and a yard sauna (1992) with a hot water filter and a shower. There is a new lean-to and a fire pit in the yard.

An extra mattress can be provided if needed. Bed linens and towels are included. This is our home, not a 5-star hotel.

Separately, you can rent a hot tub or a smoke sauna in the yard. Extra beds can be booked as a communal accommodation in the main building. There are also extra beds for children. There's room in the yard to move around and play. In common areas, you can use a kitchen and a washer.

Taikaloora cottage is an idyllic and cozy cottage on the shore of Lake Oulujärvi in Finland. It lies a short walk away from the ameneties of Vaala's town center. The cottage includes a small kitchen, bathroom, living room and an open bedroom. Just beside the cottage is an idyllic lakeside sauna with amazing view to the Lake Oulujärvi. NOTE: Cleaning fee of 90,- will be charged if the guests don't clean the cottage to the same condition it was while arriving.
