Beautiful Family Home close to the beach

ThomasRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Linde is a great host, proactive for anything which might go wrong, gave a good list of facilities, restaurants, shops, places of interest and quick to respond to any issues we had. We had a couple of hot days and Linde suggested ways in which we could get cooler. The location is great, just 5 mins from the railway station. There is a park across the road and a boat hire 2 mins away. Amsterdam is 20 mins away by train. We went to Amsterdam several times but it is so crowded compared to Haarlem. We had small children with us. They loved the toybox which Linde had generously left. All in all we had a great host, a great location and a great stay.

Downtown Duplex Old City

Loved our time in Haarlem! Sara’s place was great! Construction is being done across the street, in the smaller front room you could hear the workers in the morning. You need a sound machine if you are a light sleeper, it did not bother my cousin at all. Also, the stairs are extremely steep. Sara is right, you need to be physically fit and have good balance. We thought it was awesome and got used to the stairs quickly. The worst part was getting the luggage up the stairs. We definitely laughed and used our muscles. The location is perfect!!!!!

Nice house, close to the center of Haarlem

EdRating, 5 stars9 months ago
The place was wonderful for our family vacation! It was walkable to all the amenities such as restaurants, sites, and also the bus. Easy to get to 2 train stations. The size of the space was perfect and includes an outdoor patio space. Wouter explained everything in detail and was responded quickly when we had even the simplest of questions. Haarlem was beautiful and was very accessible to Zandvoort beach and Amsterdam for day trips! Our family highly recommends this location.

Stylish guesthouse - last minute available!

AnneliesRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Beautifully furnished cottage in the garden of the owners, so you can enjoy nature. Beautifully located, wooded area and 20 minutes by bike from the beach of Zandvoort and the center of Haarlem. We mainly went there to cycle and eat (beach bars) and you can do that to your heart's content. National Park Zuid-Kennemerland nearby with loose horses, a beautiful bird lake (nesting place cormorants) and whitening tents that you can follow online where they are (path was closed during our stay). By car, we also visited the Schoorl dunes. In short: we had a very good time!

Perfect location for a weekend trip to Haarlem. The flat is beautiful and located right in the city center with close proximity to attractions and restaurants in town. Stan is a very kind and helpful host, so highly recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a getaway in Haarlem.

Renovated bakery designer's home

The stay at Monique's accommodation was fabulous. The house is extremely tasteful and high-quality and invites you to spend the evening at home. The kitchen is very large, as well equipped as your own and invites you to cook. Monique is very, very friendly and open. The communication was great and easy. The location is optimal, central but quiet. With a small courtyard, the house is well suited for every season. I would come back anytime.

Top located home + garden, F1 track 8 km

ConnieRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Esther was very responsive and she had prepared a welcome gift as well as instructions manual on how to use the appliances, when to throw out garbage, with recommendations on restaurants, etc. Her home was larger than what we actually needed, and she also provided access to two bikes with locks to use. Her home was well stocked with toiletries and towels, and the washing machine and dryer came in handy. There is no private parking, but there is street parking available. We never had trouble finding a spot on the street, although it was interesting to see that everyone who parked on the street would have half the car up the curb/sidewalk. Lol. The location was convenient to get to the city centre. The two bedrooms on the second floor had AC but we actually didn’t even need it as the evenings were quite chilly in Haarlem during our stay. Only downside is that the staircase is pretty steep so young kids and people with mobility issues may have trouble going up and down the stairs.
