I had a very good stay, enjoying various sports in the large artificial lawn garden.

It was a very beautiful and lovely home, partly because it had just opened.The design of the house, the furniture, and the appliances, all of them were well thought out, and it was easy to use.There was a table by the pool, and it was great to be able to eat together.Also, the host's response was quick and kind, which was helpful.Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee, but they were flexible.This stay was a wonderful experience.Thank you very much.

I used it at a sports tournament.Unfortunately, it was rainy, but I enjoyed the humorous illustrations and rested slowly.The surroundings are surrounded by nature, and I would like to stay again on a sunny day.

Great environment, convenient transportation, very hygienic room, very welcoming host, feels great during your stay, strongly recommend it to everyone, if you go to Japan, you will continue to choose this home, worthy of everyone's choice!

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

かな's place was perfect! The home is exactly as the pictures look and described. We had a family of four. Me, my husband, and two kids. My kids slept in the room next to us. The two rooms have a sliding two between them which was perfect because we were able to leave the door open so the kids saw us. The beds were comfy and the comforters were great. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked with towels, blow dryer, and even laundry detergent if needed. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook and eat. We enjoyed warm coffee each morning. The living room had different chairs to lounge in and かな japanese kids books that my kids loved along with a card game that we didn't get a chance to play. She also had an English Tokyo guide book that would be helpful for anyone going downtown. We stayed in the Hachioji area and felt there was a lot of things to do that was within walking distance. かな was really responsive and so kind! I would highly recommend staying at her place!

A comfortable, cozy and private Japanese home tucked away in a quiet small street in a lovely area. Fans of Studio Ghibli will love the small figures you can find around the house. The host and co-hosts were very punctual with responses and I had no issues staying here. Amenities were easy to use. I had the pleasure of meeting the host, Kato in person. He spoke great English, was friendly and I was able to ask some additional questions about the stay. There is a family mart convenience store only a few minutes away from the home and is near the allocated guest parking, which is easy to find. I find myself looking forward to another stay here in the future!

Our family loved the location, privacy, and especially the Floor 5 Spa and Sauna. Proximity to shops, French bakery, and markets, were fantastic. We highly recommend this rental to others.

We spent the last few days of our world trip in Hachioji, Tokyo and it was the perfect place. Far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the place offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed the peace and nature at Mount Takao, which is just a short subway ride away. The apartment was very well equipped, clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and polite. If we come back to Tokyo, we will stay here again.

Yume's house is one of the best Airbnbs I had the chance to stay in in the last 10 years of intensive use of this platform. It's absolutely ideally located in a charming and quite central neighborhood. The place itself is beautiful, quiet, full of light and highly functional. The attention to details from the kitchen to the bathroom provided by the host are spectacular and really what makes the difference. Yume was incredibly reactive and kind, providing tips and adresses and really going the extra mile to make my trip incredible. I can not recommend enough to stay at her place as this utterly made my stay in Tokyo unforgettable.

Although we rented the downstairs, it seems that the whole house was rented to us. The landlord helped to clean, but we never saw the landlord. There was no constraint of sharing, and it felt very comfortable.

Beautiful home located a short walk from Mitake Station off the JR Ome Line, with easy access to the bus that goes to the Takimoto cable car station (for hiking Mount Mitake). There's a beautiful riverfront area that can be walked between Mitake and Sawai Stations. Most local restaurants close early (by 5 pm on average) and there are no grocery stores or convenience stores nearby, so best to come prepared with food and snacks.

I stayed there with my son and 6-year-old granddaughter in June 2025. The rooms were beautiful, exactly as the online photos. We love the new tatami mats! My granddaughter loved the big bathtub. It was her first time taking a Japanese bath. The location was great, and we loved the secluded feel, even though it is only 3 minutes from the train station. The owner was very responsive and kindly allowed us to check-in early. This was my first Air B&B experience, and I cannot speak more highly of this place. I heartily recommend it, if you have a reason to be in that part of Tokyo.

This stay is magical. Surrounded by a diverse array of artwork, sculpture and antiques, you’ll discover something new each time you walk through the house. The river’s sparkling energy constantly animating one side of the house and a giant ancient boulder quietly calming the other. The path is as charming as could be with surprises around every bend. The beds and seating are all comfortable. We wanted to eat in the house, and 7-11 was a few train stops away was the closest place I could find to buy supplies. There is a interesting tofu restaurant and a charming coffee shop within walking distance.
