Este situat la aproximativ 15 minute față de Palas/Centrul Orașului, cu mașina personală sau transportul public (stația se alfă la 2 minute de mers pe jos). Apartamentul se află într-un complex rezidențial nou, la parter, având în proximitatea sa un magazin alimentar Profi (100 de metri), un magazin Kaufland (250 m), Lidl (600m) si centrul comercial Family Market (500 de metri).
