Cabin in Lofoten

I have built a cabin in my favorite place in the whole world, Lofoten, and would love to share the place with others. There are endless hiking possibilities around the cabin in summer and winter. The cabin is located at the starting point to the top of Geitgaljetind which is considered one of Europe's most beautiful top tours. It is a short distance to beaches and there are plenty of Northern Lights and midnight sun when it is season for this. It is 20km to Svolvær city center where you have all the amenities. The nearest airport is Svolvær/Helle, which you can see from the cabin.

Cabin in Hadsel

Newly built cabin in Vesterålen, north of Lofoten. The cabin has a fantastic location 50 meters from the sea, sheltered and idyllic! Right behind the cabin there are majestic mountains with nice hiking trails and fishing waters. Beautiful beach nearby and Gallery Uver/Cafe right next to it. The cabin is located on Hadseløya, halfway between Melbu and Stokmarknes. From Melbu there is a ferry to Lofoten. At Melbu it is recommended to visit the Norwegian Fishing Industry Museum in Neptune's herring oil factory. At Stokmarknes it is recommended to visit Hurtigrutemus

The view

Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation. The cabin is privately located with a lovely view of Eidsfjorden. Here you can enjoy the silence, see sea eagles up close and fish jumping right below the mountain. If you are lucky you can see porpoises (whales) and sperm whales, saithe and mackerel shoals. How about fishing your own dinner from the mountain or taking a fresh dip in the sea? The possibilities are many. Experience nature and amazing sunsets! The midnight sun gives you bright nights from about May 23 to around July 20.

Idyllic seaside cabin with panoramic views

Large cottage near Fiskebøl about 30 km from Svolvær. The cabin has stunning views and is located in undisturbed surroundings by the lake overlooking Hadselfjorden. There are several swimming beaches within walking distance from the cabin and there is the possibility to swim and fish from the rocks below. There is a rich bird and wildlife in the area. Great hiking terrain and there is a short distance to several mountains for hiking, summer or winter, Strøna (902moh) in close proximity. The cabin is spacious with three bedrooms and two living rooms.

Cabin in hidden area - ocean view and Sauna.

This is a peacefull stay close to Lofoten nature in scenic surroundings. There are berries to be found in the area(August), small boat(July). A fox and sometimes an eagle may visit in the evenings, if lucky. By car the cabin is located: 42 min from Svolvær. 40 min from Henningsvær. 46 min from Lofotr Viking museum. 2 hours from Å. The cabin has a small gas driven fridge and oven, while a generator is run to supply electricity and water for showers. I will help with any technical issues.

Cabin with idyllic location in beautiful Vesterålen.

This is in Vesterålen, north of Lofoten. The cottage is located by the sea, sheltered and idyllic. Great mountains just behind. Nice walking areas. Cozy barbecue area. Three alcoves on the loft, with a total of 5 beds. The loft has a low ceiling, and the stairs are quite steep, so it is not suitable for the elderly or those with disabilities. Also designed for families with board games, movies, legos and books. Hot tub fired with wood, on the porch, can be rented as well for extra cost.

The perfect base for exploring Vesterålen and Lofoten, or just for relaxing. Parking for 2-3 cars. (No space for camping vans)

Welcome to our charming cottage, built in classic Lofoten style, inspired by the traditional wooden houses of Northern Norway. Here you get a perfect combination of rustic coastal charm and modern comfort – ideal as a base for nature experiences, family fun or just total relaxation in beautiful surroundings. The cabin has 3 bedrooms and plenty of room for 6 adults. In addition, there is a travel bed for small children and a sofa bed that is well suited for children or young people.

Modern holiday home in Lofoten

Modern holiday home for year-round use located south facing at the innermost part of Austnesfjorden. Many hiking opportunities directly from the cabin. In February and March, the skrei comes to Lofoten, and provides a fantastic fishing. Popular place for mountain hiking with and without skis. By driving only a few hours you can reach other amazing mountains, beaches and beautiful towns in Lofoten and Vesterålen. It takes 20 min to drive to Svolvær, 15 min to Svolvær airport.

Sandsbu Cabin - Gimsøy, Lofoten

Sandsbu is a beautiful, modern cabin built in 2024. It has high ceilings and large windows in all directions, giving you a full view of the unique surroundings. From the veranda's panorama, you can admire the magnificent mountains in all directions, the mighty ocean and, not least, a constant variation of colorful sunsets and the midnight sun. The cabin is a perfect place to experience the northern lights. We have an 16amp outlet for car charging outside.

Unique housing by the beach; Vinje, Bø

Newer construction, view of Lofoten islands - modern design - boat house (naust)/boat storage for a large 35' classic wooden Nordlandsboat, (stor åttring), located on 4 acres (15 mål), where fields are harvested for grass production. The white sandy beach is located around 300 feet (100 meter) directly below the building. The land you walk on to reach the beach is our property. The entire beach is public and readily accessible. Majestic ebb and tide.

Countryside Cottage -Hole Bø i Vesteraalen

Our cosy countryside cabin is for rent. The cabin lays in a farmyard with great view over lovely farmland and lake. It is a perfect base for leisure activities such as bicycling, sea kayaking, hiking and fishing or to just relax and play in the garden. In wintertime (from September) you will have the opportunity to spectacular views of the northern light just outside the cabin. In the barn there are both pool and ping-pong at your disposal.
