We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It’s a great option for a group of friends or family looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay together. With each bedroom on a different floor, there's plenty of privacy, and every room is well-equipped with strong air conditioning, hot showers, comfy beds, and even a desk if you need to get some work done. The hosts were so helpful and responsive - always ready to assist with anything we needed, which made the stay even smoother. The location is also very convenient, just a short Grab ride to the Old Quarter. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Hanoi!

Great location for walking, quiet bedrooms with good air conditioning. Unique rooms (former boarding house?). Shared bathrooms between each of two bedrooms but not a problem for us. Nice shared space with lots of fans (necessary because air conditioning was just in the bedrooms). Communication was superb and Edric was a wonderful host.

I stayed here for five days. After a three-day trip to Sa pa, I came back to Hanoi and stayed here again for one day. It was a very happy time. - They provided me with new towels every day. - There are many delicious cafes and restaurants nearby. - The host's response was very quick and considerate. - The host helped me book the tours and hotels I needed and everything was really good. - My trip was really perfect because the host answered my various questions kindly and quickly. - This house is in the middle of the Vietnamese people's residence. You can have a different local experience from the hotel. The residents are friendly and the house is quiet. I slept well every night.

Miracle is a very good host . Easy to communicate , we love our stay , the house is very huge for us . It is really good for 10 people. The way to the house are very well instructed so you don’t have to worry if you will get loss. There are many street foods and resto near the place.. The only cons that we experience is the door is very hard to manipulate we are glad that one of us is able to figure it out , all throughout the stay he is the only one to operate the door haha. Thank you for the wonderful service.
