Holiday rentals with a patio in Hải Châu District

Our stay was fantastic! The owner's friendliness and helpfulness truly made our trip special. The location couldn't have been better – supermarkets and restaurants were within easy reach, and the Dragon Bridge show was a pleasant walk away. As promised, they provided an extra bed complete with linens and pillows, ensuring comfortable accommodations for everyone. The added convenience of affordable transportation arrangements through the owner was a huge bonus. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang!

民宿入住非常方便 行李寄存也十分人性化 老板回复较快 有任何问题都可以尽快帮忙 同时卫生也很好 最重要的是床很舒适 位置虽然就在龙桥旁边 但是并不吵 只是楼上不知为何早上8点开始有敲击声 又不像装修（好在持续时间不是太长）整体上10/10评价 谢谢

We highly recommend this apartment. It is in a very new and welcoming building with high-end finishes and amenities. The location is very good and walkable on the city side next to the river. The host and the building staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We will definitely return if we have the opportunity.

Căn hộ mới, đẹp và sạch sẽ, ở gần trung tâm, xung quanh có nhiều nhà hàng để lựa chọn. Ga trải giường hơi không thoải mái một tí nhưng vẫn ok, mọi thứ còn lại đều rất tốt, đầy đủ vật dùng cần thiết. Host Sơn rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện, hướng dẫn nhận phòng chi tiết và luôn hỗ trợ nhanh chóng.

Căn hộ view cầu Trần Thị Lý mình vừa thuê ở 1 đêm, trải nghiệm khá hài lòng. View đẹp, nhất là buổi tối nhìn ra cầu rất chill. Phù hợp để nghỉ dưỡng ngắn ngày hoặc đổi gió cuối tuần.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect for those who want a quiet space. There is a beautiful mountain view on the rooftop. The washing machine and dryer is only shared with the one other unit on the floor. It’s new, so it smelt beautifully of new. And there are a lot of nice thoughtful touches that were added to create an elegant and comfortable apartment.

The apartment is perfectly located between the beach and the river, that are both at walkable distance. The surroundings are peaceful but full of things, including restaurants, gyms, sport facilities, coffee places. The pool of the condo is lovely. The apartment has a great view, it is modern, well furnished and full of light. I can't think of anything negative, I definitely recommend this place.

Spacious one-room apartment, with weekly cleaning. There are kitchen utensils, oven, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine. The owner is very attentive to the comfort of guests. The hotel has a small gym, but quite equipped to keep fit during your stay. The area is very comfortable for a long stay, many shops and cafes. The beach is 15 minutes walk away.

Leila & her husband are very helpful in everything. Her house is worth every penny. The location is nice if you want a peaceful area with cheap restaurants and convenience store around. Grab car is also accessible. We will recommend her place to friends if they plan to visit Da Nang soon. Thank you so much Madam Leila. You are so kind and helpful. ☺️

The place is a Typical Vietnamese House with a stacked plan. The Living room is on the first floor(or Second) ,ie after climbing 20 steps. and the bedrooms on second and third floor. kitchen/pantry on the top floor. Great place for young fit people with lot of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity.

We had a great stay at the lovely GoMi's House. The space is beautiful, and the touches are nicely curated. Quyên was beyond helpful and responsive from my first reach out until check out, giving us tips on where to eat, exchange money, and refilling some amenities. They went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable during our stay! One thing for future guests to note is that there are many tall flights of stairs in the House. We had a toddler who we very carefully accompanied on the stairs. She definitely got a lot of stair practice in!

The place was so beautiful and clean! I love how it was tucked away from the street, making it very peaceful. Delicious breakfasts were prepared for us every morning and the host is so kind and responds quickly. Definitely was the most beautiful Airbnb i’ve been in and felt very homey. The location was also amazing, with restaurants, cafes, the river and dragon bridge just a walking distance away. Highly recommend!! ❤️

프라이빗하게 쉴 수 있는 빌라입니다. 응대도 빠르고 수영장도 깨끗합니다 거실이 넓어 숙소에서 머물기 아주 좋습니다. 용다리와 가깝고 야시장도 가깝습니다 위치가 이곳저곳 움직이기 아주 좋습니다. 침실은 눅눅하지 않으며 타올교체도 잘 해줍니다. 다음에 오면 여기 꼭 잡을 예정입니다 잘 쉬고 갑니다~~ 고맙습니다

Linhs place is such a nice and calm place to stay at, especially being so near to the beach!! Wir haben uns in dem Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir würden jederzeit diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Die Kommunikation mit Tung war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

The location was perfect and convenient to go anywhere. The view from the room was amazing, and we could see Lady Buddha clearly. We woke up to plenty of sunlight every morning and enjoyed Da Nang from early in the morning. You can take out the trash 24 hours a day. The air conditioning worked well. You can hang your laundry on the sunny balcony, and there is a dryer, so you don't have to worry about rainy weather. There were two bathrooms, one with a rain shower and one with a handheld shower. There was no shortage of hot water even if you took a shower at the same time. The shared pool and gym in the building are small, but they look like they would be fun if you were staying for a long time. There was also a ping pong table. Ngoc was a very good host. She replied quickly and the check-in was smooth. She answered my questions about the rare fruits I found in the market in detail. Thank you. I would definitely stay here again when I come to Da Nang.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just a few steps from the beach and super convenient for exploring Da Nang. It’s close to great restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, and getting around the city was really easy. One major plus: the A La Carte Hotel is a designated pickup point for the shuttle bus to Ba Na Hills (booked through Klook), which made our day trip there super smooth and hassle-free. The space itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There was even a clothes steamer, not a common amenity in most Airbnb. Everything was exactly as described—if not better. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful. The lobby and elevator smell absolutely amazing. The reception desk was also very kind, courteous, and helpful despite having no obligation to assist Airbnb guests as we did not book with the hotel itself. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
