Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

Everything has been created so that you can make a discreet and quiet entrance and escape in complete privacy while enjoying together the wellness area with the infrared sauna, the spa on the terrace overlooking a green panorama, out of sight and a cocooning corner outside around the fire. Very nice studio, facing the Jolimont hospital, completely renovated in 2020, individual kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bed, individual heating, microwave, coffee machine (capsule available and offered). The accommodation has security equipment, surveillance camera (in the common areas), smoke outlet, direct connection to the fire station, as well as a bottle of water are at your disposal upon arrival... Towel linen is also at your disposal
