This former Sheriff's house sits next to the Historic Jailhouse (which is also a vacation rental property) . A separate outbuilding in the back that also held inmates is used as a shared space with the jailhouse and has a pool table. This is a cozy one-bedroom home with an outdoor fenced yard. There is a wonderful, covered outdoor seating and dining area that is a shared space with the Jailhouse property.

Perfect location for visiting Caprock Canyons State Park, spending the weekend at Bob Will's Days, or your annual hunting trip. Plenty of room with 2 queen beds, 1 full, and 1 twin.
