Located in the middle of 40 acres of fields, trees, and native prairie grass - but just outside of the city of Grand Island- this property gives you the perfect balance of access to downtown and the possibility to escape from it all and enjoy its incredible natural environment. The house has been completely renovated with gorgeous dine-in kitchen and bamboo and tile floors throughout. Also has nice porch to view the bio luminescent fireflies at night.

It is a little piece of Aurora's history located right off our town square. The house can sleep 4, however I would say best suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. There is not a door between the bedroom and living room.
