I enjoyed staying in Natalia’s studio for my first time in Cyprus. It was exactly as described and located in a quiet residential area within a reasonable walking distance of the city centre. The studio was clean and tidy, free of clutter and comfortable and I’d gladly stay there again.

No comments, just a perfect stay at an amazing place!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Nicosia! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated with a modern touch. The bed was very comfortable, and the place had all the necessary facilities for a smooth and relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better – super central yet peaceful, with a stunning rooftop terrace that we really enjoyed. Communication was clear and easy, and our host was friendly and helpful, even assisting us with renting a car. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back again! :)

Clean and peaceful place. Transportation was easy. There is a grocery store nearby. The host helped with everything.

Quick and friendly service it’s apartment like hotel service

Everything was excellent

The apartment was excellent and super comfortable. We also managed to check in earlier which was great. There is however construction very close to the apartment that starts at 6am. Very noisy so one must close all windows so it’s less disturbing. Otherwise it’s an excellent apartment with super hosts.

Irene's place was spacious and had a very homely feeling. The rooms were very spacious and so was the living room. Check in was quite straightforward and Irene was extremely responsive. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook all three meals & coffee. Bathroom was clean and had all the amenities. Having parking in the back was great since it's not possible to get around without a car. The neighbourhood was packed with restaurants and bars.

An incredibly beautiful, charming, and very cozy apartment. Perfect location, spacious and full of light. We were absolutely delighted and would be happy to stay here again.

Our stay at the apartment was just great! From the first moment we walked in, the house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was modern and cozy, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. In addition, the quietness of the area was perfect for resting after a full day. The host was very friendly and helpful, offering us useful information about the area and making sure we didn't miss anything. We can't wait to come back! Overall, I highly recommend the apartment to anyone who wants a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This place is a five star accommodation in Nicosia, modern, luminous, and with a rooftop terrace! Well located (near Stavrou street, which has all the restaurants, cafes, and shops you might need), and 10 mins drive from Nicosia city center. While apartment is not centrally located, since you already need a car to move around in Nicosia, this is a great choice (also, there is a secured parking on premise). We were four persons, family with two grown up teens, and we stayed comfortably for a week. Apartment has everything you need for stay, and I mean EVERYTHING: at some point we were betting if we will find some item we needed, and we always lost bet against ourselves :) Having everything you need helps enjoying your stay even more, since you don't need to stress out about little things, such as: coffee capsules, spices, extra pillows and towels, cooking utensils, bathroom essentials, etc. There were even bathrobes and slippers! :) Highly recommended!

Place was perfect. Excellent location. Parking downstairs. Easy to get to. The flat was spotless and clean. My wife and I Felt very comfortable staying there. Polyvios was very friendly proactive and helpful. Will definitely be my place to stay in Nicosia next month.

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

Great host so helpful and gave clear check-in information. Great location, love the use of the pools especially the roof top one! Apartment was well equipped and very comfortable, I slept soundly every night and will definitely like to stay again :)

She guided me exactly how to get to the apartment, what to expect, etc. The apartment was exactly as I expected it to be, and as described. Clean, spacious, equipped with everything! It approached like a brother, not the host, we were very satisfied with everything, I will go again next month, I will go back and trust with my eyes closed.
