Holiday rentals with a patio in Hammarbyhöjden

Beautiful apartment in a peaceful neighbourhood. Much appreciated the balcony and laundry service. Close to the transport. Supermarket Ica is in the same block and nice restaurants and bakery in short walking distance. Be careful reading description as I missed the note that linen are not provided and did not bring anything but Janina and Nicolas helped me to solve the issue quickly.

Thank you to our hosts for a great stay near Stockholm. It was 20-25 minutes by car to go visit the city. The area was a nice quiet neighborhood and accommodated our family of 5. Great kitchen and space to eat together and relax. The area was great for running as well.

Absolutely gorgeous and spacious apartment that was perfect for my family. It was well decorated, and had everything we needed. Amazing views as well, and the small garden in the building was lovely. The location was close to several museums, parks, and public transportation. Easy check in, and Mathias was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge nach Stockholm und auch für schöne Wanderungen an Seen in der Umgebung. Stockholm ist mit dem Zug gut angebunden. Wir konnten es sehr geniessen:))

Majoitus vastasi kuvausta, alue oli rauhallinen eikä asuntoon kuulunut ääntä ympäristöstä. Pieni miinus saksien puuttumisesta. Majoittaja oli todella ystävällinen, ja joustava sisäänkirjautumisen kanssa.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, quartier très paisible, avec de nombreuses commodités, aires de jeux, restaurant à proximité, super marché à proximité, les transport en commun bus et métro pas très loin. Frida est une hôte très acceuillante, à l'écoute, bienveillante. Les enfants ne se sont pas ennuyés. Il y avaient des livres et des jeux de société à leurs dispositions. tout était nickel. Merci encore😉😉😉

Très bel appartement à proximité de Stockholm. Facilement accessible depuis les transports en commun. On peut y faire de belles randonnées autour dans la Forêt et autour des lacs. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

I stayed here for several weeks, loved everything about the place. The bus stops right in front of the building, and makes travel to and from the downtown core very convenient and quick. The neighbourhood is incredibly safe no matter what time of day (or night), the apartment is quiet and, though small, has a lovely spacious feel. The view is fantastic! The kitchen is very well equipped with modern and highend appliances. I really appreciated the excellent water pressure in the rain shower. The walking path between the street and the water was lovely, even during the winter when I visited. I even found the bed to be extremely comfortable, and that is saying a lot since I sleep on a Tempurpedic at home and have a bad back. Benjamin was a great host. I would definitely return, and think this is a jewel of a place to stay!

Otroligt trevligt boende med gemytliga värdar. Området är väldigt vackert och fridfullt. Rekommenderas starkt!

Perfekt för den som vill bo i lugnt område, men ändå vill ha närhet till aktiviteter.

What a gem in the Stockholm archipelago?! My friend and I stayed at Mikael and Anna-Viktoria’s cottage for a few days, and absolutely loved it!! The cottage is quite close to Stockholm, we took a 25 min taxi from Slussen, but you could easily get there with great bus connections. The living area is stunning, with beautiful views of the lake, natural light through the day, tasteful decor, and many spots to lounge both indoors and outdoors. We spent our days chilling, bbqing, cooking, walking … the hot tub with views of the lake was a definite highlight! Mikael and Anna-Viktoria are kind and responsive hosts. We would love to be back!

Söpö pieni puhdas ja siisti talo. Viihdyimme viikonlopun erinomaisesti, talossa oli kaikki tarvittava. Itsesisäänkirjautuminen oli kätevä ja mahdollisti myöhäisenkin saapumisen. Bussipysäkki oli aivan kulman takana ja helppo päästä Tukholman keskustaan 😊 Kiitos! 🩷

Anneli est une hôte très agréable et nous avons pu discuter longuement avec elle. Nous sommes arrivés un peu en avance mais cela n'a pas été un problème pour elle. Elle nous a donné de bons conseils pour des promenades autour de la location. Merci pour cet accueil chaleureux

We had a wonderful time staying here. It is a beautiful home. Easy to walk to restaurants, grocery store and shopping. We were able to get an Uber to the museums, because of rain. We walked back from the museums. Maja was very responsive. She even had a surprise and note for our anniversary. It was so sweet of her. Highly recommend staying here.

We hadden een top verblijf in Tyresö! Het is een knus, mooi en gezellig huisje waar alles voor handen is wat je nodig hebt! Prachtige omgeving waar je eindeloos kan wandelen in de mooie natuur en kan genieten van de rust! We hadden geluk met het weer waardoor we elke dag buiten konden aperitieven wat heel leuk was! The apartment had everything we needed — it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Meget søde og hjælpsomme værter, der hurtigt reagerede på vores besked og eventuelle tvivsspørgsmål. Vi manglende intet i lejligheden og nød hver morgen og aften den skønne udsigt fra den overdækkede balkon eller fra tagterrassen. Lejligheden var flot rengjort over det hele, da vi ankom og indeholdt alt det oplyste udstyr. Alt fungerede uden problemer. En rigtig fin og overskuelig vejledning til boligen var lagt til os. Helt sikkert en bolig, der får den bedste anbefaling herfra.

Very nice neighborhood, easy check-in and check-out, clean, quiet. Everything was great. If you have a car, it is a superb location. If you don't have a car, be prepared for some walking to reach public transportation. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the metro or train station. There are some bus stations nearby as well (5 minutes walk), but bus service is not that frequent. In total, great place and location.

Felix is an amazing host with great communication and a beautiful apartment as well to match. The balcony is beautiful for summer and the apartment has a great homey feel to it. Very comfortable, very clean and a great location. Will stay again!

Annas lägenhet har allt du behöver och ligger nära tunnelbanan, i ett lugn område. En underbar liten uteplats mot en innergård där grannar umgås tillsammans - om man vill. Vi hade det jättebra!

Fantastisk vistelse hos Susanna! Lägenheten var så och mysig, precis som på bilderna. Susannas kommunikation var enastående, hon svarade alltid snabbt och var väldigt hjälpsam. Vi kände oss verkligen välkomna och uppskattade hennes omtänksamhet. Rekommenderar varmt Susanna som värd för en underbar Airbnb-upplevelse!

From the outset Joel was really friendly and helpful. We were given excellent instructions on access, wifi etc. The property has been done up very thoughtfully and is attractive, modern and highly functional. Thanks to all this, the four of us had a fantastic and affordable stay in Stockholm. Michael
