Renovated cozy, comfortable, well appointed third floor walk up studio (no elevator) in gated Pebble Beach Community. Studio is walking distance to the beach and overlooks the courtyard. Along with enjoying the beach, remember to also take advantage of the community amenities. The community has two outdoor pools and one heated indoor pool, tennis courts and a fitness center. Our dream has come to life with our private family home named Hook, Line and Stinkers. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach; we provide all beach amenities and a wagon. The open floor plan, yard, decks, patio and pool are great for lots of family fun. The pool is heated at no extra charge March-May and September and October! Outdoor shower and parking for 4 cars.
