The lakehouse looks exactly like the photos - stylish and cozy. The house looks small from the outside, but we were amazed by how well it fit our family of seven adults and two toddlers. The instructions/guide to the house was clearly written and super helpful, and Vincent was very easy to communicate with, usually responding right away. We were grateful for all the amenities the house comes with. In addition to enjoying the house itself and the gorgeous deck, we also made smores one night in the fire pit and went kayaking with the little ones. The owner provides guests with bracelets that give access to the community amenities as well. The community pool, playground, and little beach were all beautiful and very well maintained. Our little ones especially loved this weekend!

We had an amazing stay! The house is lovely and very comfortable, perfect for going skiing at mount snow and cross country skiing and prospect mountain. We were really glad to have picked it. The house is spacious, we all had a lot of room to ourselves, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The farm is gorgeous. Great grocery stores nearby. Sharon was amazing - so helpful when a winter storm threatened to make it hard for us to drive home. She offered us extra time or even another night discounted, which was really generous. She also communicated with friends to help us determine if the road back to NYC had been cleared. We are so grateful for her help! We hope to return in warmer weather to enjoy the farm even more.

The teahouse and surroundings were relaxing and peaceful. We saw groundhogs, deer, and chipmunks from the porch and our 2 dogs loved exploring the field and wandering in the nearby woods. The pool was amazing and warm despite the rain and the natural landscaping couldn’t have been more beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wilderkill Barn. Maria Cristina and William were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was a haven, with a hot tub, sauna, pool, fire pit, pool table, and immersive sound and movie systems—all of which made our stay delightful despite the cold, dreary May weather. We can't thank them enough. ***That said, we feel it's necessary to address a serious issue with Airbnb itself that arose while booking this property, unrelated to the property itself. An unexpected tax was added after booking, and Airbnb has yet to provide a clear explanation. After years of loyalty, we were disappointed by their evasive and unhelpful customer support. This experience has made us reconsider using the platform in the future. We urge potential users to scrutinize all fees carefully and be aware that Airbnb’s support may be difficult to navigate if problems arise.***

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable home in the Berkshires! The house was very comfortable and cozy, and the backyard with the deck and pool provided a wonderful space to hang out day and night. The house was situated 20-30 minutes from so many places - downtown Lenox, Miraval Spa and Ballderdash Winery. We can’t wait to come back!!

Diana and family were amazing super friendly, accommodating and checked in on use through out. We arrived later than expected but Diana waited for us and showed us around the property. We even got to see her dogs, meet her family, met the horse on the property behind and great conversations with Diana. She made us feel right at home. She prepped the pool for us, left us some good snacks and offered lots of recommendations. When you visit check out the theater set up, it’s pretty cool with insane sound system and clear video. Comfortable beds and all around beautiful property. If you visit in the summer it is a little warm on the second floor but we cooled off in the pool and just made sure to turn the fans on. It was the perfect birthday trip, relaxing, private and homey. My family and I are already looking forward to the next trip. Thank you to Diana for everything and hope we can meet again! 100% recommend.

Arps place was Superb to say the least. Me and my family had a great time. The home is beautifully designed and decorated, very homey. All my friends are asking me to send them arps place they also want to experience what I had experienced.

We had a wonderful time and this house is completely amazing. There is absolutely nothing missing! When Tiffany said, "all you need to bring are clothes" she wasn't joking. The person who designed the house was a genius with the master bedroom on one side of the house, the 2nd bedroom on the other side and the 3rd on the 2nd floor. Privacy inside as well as outside. It was a hiking trip for the family and included Kennedy Park, Olivia Outlook and the Great Monument Mountain. After spending the day hiking, the hot tub, playing pool and watching a movie in the theater just ended a perfect day. We didn't realize how close we were to MA and it was bonus to explore Western Mass as well. Thank you Tiffany for sharing your home with us.

We had a great stay in Pittsfield. Taylor has gone above and beyond with little extras in the space- snacks, games, and amenities. Everything was as described. We appreciated your guidebook and the recommendations. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

My time at Maggies’s home was rainy and overcast. However, the home was warm and comfortable. All was , as it was stated upon booking. Maggie was responsive to my communications. The Berkshires and MASSMOCA are pretty wonderful. So was our stay.

As soon as I entered I contacted Anne-Marie and said it is exactly what Airbnb should was when it started—a family home that we were able to stay in. It was cozy and homey and everything was very clear and easy to use. Both Anne-Marie and Patrick were friendly and professional. The location is great as it straddles North and South Berkshires. One night we are in Williamstown and another in Lenox. Both were right along route state route 7. You are also right next to fantastic skiing at Jiminy Peak or Mount Bousquet.

2nd year staying there. Trina is great and as usual the house was perfect! we'll see you next year!

We had a great stay at Michelle’s place. It was very conveniently located to the base of Jiminy Peak, which made getting to and from the mountain very easy. The house was very well appointed and had everything we needed. We used the fireplace twice and it was super easy. Having access to the facilities at The Country Inn at Jiminy Peak was great as I am injured and can’t ski currently, so instead I went to the gym each day. My family didn’t want to leave and my kids are asking when we can go back!

We stayed at Kim’s cozy cabin at Jiminy Peak for two nights. There was plenty of space for everyone and the place was immaculate. The place is so clean from the floor to every corner and ceiling, it makes you feel so comfortable and safe, knowing she took care of every detail. The place has a ton of electrical outlets which is a very nice plus this day and age with kids. The location is great as well. A short walk to John Harvards so the mountain is easily accessible. Big tip, since you’re staying at the cabin, rent your equipment and get your passes the night before, it saves so much time. You can be on the mountain without having to walk to the main lodge. We had an amazing time at her cabin and I would highly recommend it. It’s a perfect stay for a weekend ski or longer.

Robert and his wife are wonderful caring souls that appreciate Art and nature which shows in their back woods retreat to unplug/de screen & get away from life’s constant online hub, a much needed place to get away from it all. Namaste🙏🏼

Wonderful place on the lake with a great host. Janice was very responsive, offered an early check-in and set up a baby gate. Great place for dogs and kids.

This was such a lovely country escape for us tired city kids. The pond was a beautiful backdrop for reading and drawing. We brought our binoculars and walked across to Dan B road, spotting gorgeous birds multiple times a day. Our host, Danielle, was extremely responsive and friendly. A fuse blew our second night there, and Danielle had an electrician out to fix it the next day so we could sleep with AC that night. One warning: if you're tall, there are some very low ceilings and doorways. My partner is 6'2 and hit his head repeatedly on the bathrooms' vaulted ceilings and the kitchen doorway. The house would be great for a big group, or a family with kids -- the playroom is delightful and the big, fun kitchen makes you want to fill with your friends and eat and talk for hours. We're very grateful for our quiet getaway there!

We only stayed one evening but found the living space to be perfectly laid out and spotless. The kitchen is fully stocked with about every utensil and appliance you can think of. We especially enjoyed the fresh eggs, treats, and flowers that welcomed us! The living room was especially comfortable. The unit is attached to the rear of the main house but it’s kept totally private. There aren’t many places to eat in Richmond — after all, it is pretty rural— but Stockbridge and Lennox offer many dining options.

We had a great time at Francois & Ann's oasis by the lake. It was so relaxing to wake up, look at the lake, and listen to birds chirp. If you are looking for isolation, this place does the trick, We didn't see anyone all week on the lake or at the other cabins until the day we left. The lake has excellent fishing. With little effort, we caught several decent-sized bass and pickerel right off the dock. The location is ideal. You feel like you are out in the country, but are close to great restaurants in Kinderhook and only 25 minutes from Hudson or Albany. It's also only an hour from Mass Moca and 90 minutes to Cooperstown. Francois and Ann were very communicative and quickly responded to questions and comments.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and hope to return again. The house is peaceful and expertly restored. Plenty of screened in doors and windows to let in the breeze. Comfy sofas and beds. Very close to Old Chatham with a cute country store and restaurant or two. Leslie is a helpful and communicative host. The perfect spot for a Hudson Valley getaway.

Lovely stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and clearly designed with care. Everything felt thoughtfully chosen, and the amenities were great—comfortable bedding, quality toiletries, and a well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!
