The very bright and newly furnished apartment is located in the heart of Nuremberg. There are restaurants, pubs and stores for everyday needs in the area. The important hotspots such as the pedestrian zone, National Museum or Lorenzkirche are also within walking distance. The subway stop is a 4-minute walk and Nuremberg Central Station is a 13-minute walk. Nuremberg Airport is 17 minutes by subway and the exhibition center is 12 minutes away.

All public transportation, shopping and the old town are within walking distance. The Christmas market is a comfortable 15-minute walk through Christmas-decorated streets and the fair usually takes a maximum of 15 minutes by U-Bahn [subway] (it is only 5 stops from us).

In addition to a sleeping area with a high-quality box spring bed, you will find a large bathroom and a living area with an open kitchen. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay with us in Nuremberg. Due to its location in a side street, the apartment is also very quiet.

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].

The 3-room apartments is situated in a quiet, central location in a 6-family house in Nuremberg, just 200 metres from the central station and the beautiful old town. The Exhibition Centre 10 minutes required. The apartments were renovated in 2009 and lovingly furnished. Extra charge for only an overnight stay on request. Prices during fair times by arrangement.
