It was a comfortable and nice accommodation. They gave me plenty of trash bags, water, and toilet paper, and I had no discomfort during my stay. 😊

we where with 3 children. the fact that the building has a swimming pool and a Jim was great. the apartment is like in the photos and . we would love to Come again.

We had a great stay at Pimol's condo. The bed was so comfortable and everything was well thought out. The location is ideal… a fantastic neighborhood with cute streets to wander and great food options, but close to the Old City as well. Thank you!

I was going to live for a month... There were a lot of things that I was worried about... First of all, security and security were important because I was with my children... There was a separate elevator key, and there were a lot of people living in the condo, so it was quiet and nice.. There were traces of the building and furniture in a bit of time... It was built sturdy, so the children could play as much as they wanted, and there was no noise between floors... I left fruit in Southeast Asia.. There was an issue with the ants, but they took care of it quickly, and we were careful, so it was okay from then on.. It was nice to have a washer and dryer.. The cooking utensils were good, so I was able to prepare my children's meals at home every once in a while ~ It was nice except that the drainage after the shower was a little regrettable ~ There is cleaning and changing sheets once a week.. Good! Ah!! You brought the water every time you cleaned it. I used it well. The pickup service after arriving in Chiang Mai was also good. I used it well for a month ~

Very nice apartment near a bunch of shops and restaurants. Nice view from the balcony as well. Would highly recommend for a stay in Chiang Mai!

I stayed for about 3 weeks and am satisfied overall. You can walk to the entrance of Namanhyeon in 10 minutes, and you can walk to Maya Mall in 15 minutes. The location was quite good, as you can walk to the center of Old Town in 30 minutes while looking around the neighborhood. And the room was as clean and beautiful as the pictures. The kitchen was an open kitchen, and I never used it because I ate out, but it was well equipped with cooking utensils. And since it was a relatively high floor, the view was good, and the sunlight came in well when I woke up every morning, so I felt good. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower had a filter, so the water was relatively clean. Soundproofing was not noisy because I was dull. However, I asked about the swimming pool before entering the room, but when I entered the room, the swimming pool was under construction, so I couldn't use it. It would have been nice if you had informed us in advance that the swimming pool was under construction, but I don't think the host knew because he didn't live here. If the presence of a swimming pool is important to you, it is recommended to check in advance. If I come to Chiang Mai again, I'll stay at this place.

An excellent stay! The host was extremely responsive, replying almost immediately to any inquiries. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is highly convenient—just a short walk to Central Airport Plaza shopping mall, Kad Manee Night Market, and Nim City, which offers a supermarket and a variety of dining options. Perfect for both short and long stays.

Using Grab is very easy to find a location you just need to type in Trams Square. And this hotel is absolutely comfortable, clean, and looks very special. The host is very helpful and kind. Very close to university, suggest you stay here! And of course we sleep well. Thx!

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

The hotel is located nearby the city the room is cozy and clean the host is very nice and kind the staff are warmly welcome and useful :)

Very comfortable apartment for the four of us. Nice kitchen. Great location on a quiet street within walking distance of the University and transportation around the city.

You have to expect the plane noise. I couldn't sleep the first day I arrived. However, the area around Nimmanhaemin is all this level, and it gets better from the second day as you get used to it! The house was cleaner and better organized than the photos, and I was satisfied throughout my 7-day stay. It's located in Nimmang Haemin, but it's in a quiet alley, so you can really stay quietly except for the plane noise. The pool is also clean and well maintained! The host was so kind and responded quickly, so I was able to enjoy a happy vacation. I strongly recommend it!

This was my second stay at Kannikas condo and I was super happy again. The hosts are very welcoming and proactive and the apartment is modern and light. It’s located in a side street which makes it quiet and private. The bed is super comfy and not hard at all, which was a nice break from some other places I stayed. Thank you again. I will be back for sure. 😊

The apartment was very spacious, clean with enough built-in storage space. Especially the bathroom was very clean and all the bathroom essentials (shampoo, handwash liquid, towels/hand towels etc.) were there. The host Joanna has taken care of everything to make my stay at her apartment a relaxing one. Before my arrival in Chiang Mai, she sent me a document with detailed information about check-in/check-out procedures etc. and it was very helpful. The location is great as it is only 10 minutes from the airport and Central airport Plaza (shopping Centre) is 5 minutes walking distance. I will definitely stay here during my next visit to Chiang Mai.

My review will be short because I'm very satisfied with my stay. There's blazing fast internet, kitchen with utensils, pool, close to Nimman street with lots of restaurants. The flat itself looks nice and is comfortable. It's worth nothing that planes from the nearby airport fly not far from the building (as in many places in Chiang Mai). I got used to it quickly and it wasn't a problem for me but if you are very sound sensitive it may be an issue.

One of our best accommodations in 6 months, we are digital nomads and we need good accommodation, spacious and with a good location: we sleep in all the boxes here, small bonus to the man at the entrance of the establishment who is a real gem 🤩

This is a trip I planned for the purpose of ‘rest‘ because my body and mind were exhausted due to heavy work. I just needed a quiet room, and I found a place with a lot of cafes and restaurants that were easy to walk to, and this was it. If it's not just the sound of an occasional plane, it's very quiet. I saw the reviews before booking, and it was a trip where I prepared earplugs, but I stayed without earplugs. It bothered me at first, but I got used to it over time. Very famous restaurants and cafes are within a 5-minute walk. Also, I had the pleasure of buying pineapples and mangoes for sale near the road every day and eating them at home. (The refrigerator is big and nice) The washing machine and detergent were prepared, so I took a small amount of clothes, and during my week-long stay, I really felt like I was living at home doing the laundry myself. Every time you need help, I appreciated the really quick response from the host. I rested well for a week, and I want to stay again next time.
