There are many very nice and old trees in the yard, there is an oversized fish pond, a lot of nice carp, the sunset in the evening is beautiful, the big kitchen boiling has gas, there is daily cleaning, cleaning the yard, picking up the yard in the evening, a lot of outdoor table and chairs, you can freely choose to eat and drink tea in different scenery, we stayed for 7 days, the outside spots and restaurants are not as nice here, really is the feeling of living in the scenery, so much

The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The house is large and spacious, but it’s quite far from tourist attractions. The entrance to the alley is a bit deep. If distance isn’t an issue, this is definitely a place worth staying. The owner responds quickly.

Very nice villa in local area, same as the picture you could see and even better. House is brand new, and easy to find on google map. The host gives very clear instruction for check in and response very quick. Will recommend to everyone travel with family and friends.

Very nice and tranquil place. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and feel the sun on your face when you lay on the couch. The location is good, with most of the shops you would need in just a few minutes driving away. The place was clean and the airconditioning was good and pleasant. Overall great place to relax while still being close to the city, would stay again!

Wei was a perfect host and recommended us lots of places to visit. Summer house very conveniently located right in the old city yet very peaceful. We felt at home. We requested for cleaning the room during our stay and it was done . It can get very hot we had AC and lots of fan to keep us cool. From the beginning wei has been very responsive . Wei is a very kind and helpful person. The room is well equipped wirh mucrowave ,fridge and there is a sitting area as well . We didn't have a time to use it but it was a nice touch . The water feature with wooden pathway was so nice and well maintained. Will definitely recommend wei as a host.

We had an incredible time at this beautiful pool villa! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. surrounded by greenery, and perfect for a refreshing dip any time of day. We spent most of our afternoons lounging poolside and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The host was fantastic – super friendly, responsive, and provided great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Check-in was smooth and easy, and everything was exactly as described in the listing

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

Brilliant stay

This Airbnb was so beautiful and a great stay for our group of 8 people. Definitely 5/5 stars and just an aesthetic place. Just a few things to note if visiting: the frogs at night are very loud, especially more so in the rooms closest to the living room but ear plugs and playing rain noise on our phones helped a lot. There is a rooster next door as well, but we didn’t totally mind an early wake up. Lastly, the pool is absolutely incredible but when the ground around it gets wet, it is dangerously slippery - just something to note if elderly or children will be visiting. We were just extra careful. I still think this place deserves a 5/5 though bc they are all manageable things and out of their control. It was also exceptional because they allowed for a late check out due to half of our group getting food poisoning and we appreciated that more than anything.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our host, Lalin, and share our experience here. This was actually my second stay in this stunning and artistically designed villa. The community surrounding it was just as tranquil and peaceful as when I visited last time. Originally, we had planned to stay for six nights, but unfortunately, we encountered a rather serious flooding situation that compelled us to move to a different area. Couldn't stay here longer . The host, Lalin, proactively communicated with me to alter the reservation and suggested checking out a few days earlier. If it hadn't been for her timely intervention, I would have been trapped in the flooding and unable to make it to the airport (as taxis were unable to access the area on the following day). Lalin recommended another area in location unaffected by the flooding, and as a result, everything went incredibly smoothly. I am immensely grateful for her assistance and would highly recommend her as a host.

I rented two houses from the same owner in this lovely neighborhood, and I couldn’t be happier. The owner is incredibly kind, friendly, and very helpful, which made me feel at ease throughout my stay. The price is very reasonable for what you get—the houses are great and well-located. The location is super convenient, close to supermarkets, mini-marts, 7-Eleven, and Lotus’s right outside the village. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Getting around is easy if you have a car, but even without one, you can use ride-hailing apps. Food delivery is also very convenient since the area is close to the Old City. It’s also near the airport, but surprisingly, there’s no airplane noise at all. I really enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it!

If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat, this is the best option — extremely private, with everything you need. The views matched the photos exactly, and Carsten was very helpful and responsive. Thank you for your great hospitality; I will definitely come again!

Staying with Apple and Toshi was one of the most peaceful and memorable experiences I’ve had on my journey. From the moment I arrived, they treated me like family. They picked me up from the airport with a warm welcome and even greeted me with a refreshing organic lemonade tonic that set the tone for the rest of my stay. Their property is incredibly clean, serene, and surrounded by nature. They provided me with a bike that led to a beautiful ride through the local landscape, and the access to jungle walks nearby was absolutely breathtaking. But the real highlight? The food. Every single meal they prepared was made with such love and care absolutely phenomenal! You can taste the quality and intention in every bite and a lot of their ingredients were from their garden. Apple and Toshi are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about your experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful, authentic Chiang Mai stay with amazing hosts, look no further. Great place, really cool spot right on the edge of a creek. Very unique little house, feels like you're tucked away in your own little paradise. Very easy to get to central Chiang Mai. Bob has built something really special here. Super helpful guy and really friendly, I will definitely stay here again.

Aaron is one of the best hosts I have ever had! Super helpful and always there to help! The space was super big and if you are planning to come with your family this might be a great choice! The place is nearby the night market and there is great food around! :)

We had an AMAZING stay! Everything was great from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and the incredible host! The villa was so peaceful and relaxing that none of us wanted to leave! The host went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast that was served every morning was delicious! The beds were big and very comfortable with 5-star hotel linen quality! There was a pool table and many other games to play along with as well as smart televisions to stream movies or music! The location was excellent and we were provided with a van driver to take us wherever we wanted to go for reasonable charge! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back again if ever in Chiang Mai!

We had a wonderful time in Chiang Mai. The house is very clean and comfortable. There is a beautiful yard. We can exercise. The birds are chirping and the flowers are fragrant. The host is very friendly and helpful. Because the plane was late, we arrived in Chiang Mai at 11pm. The host picked us up at the airport. The return flight was in the morning, and the host sent us off early in the morning. She kindly recommended places to us and drove us there. Thank you so much for your help. I'll stay here again next time I come to Chiang Mai.
