The Annex is split into a bathroom/bedroom/living area. There is a king size bed, 55 inch smart TV, two seater sofa, kettle and fridge. WiFi is available. Well sized bathroom with a bath and over bath shower. Towels and bedding included. On street parking available. Two very friendly dogs who share the garden space outside the annex!

And when you want to escape from the delights of these very different cosmopolitan centres there are many beautiful walks here on the edge of the Cotswolds to explore, with two lovely country pubs within walking distance.

Trio of rooms which are part of our home, yet separate, where guests can relax and feel at home. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes’ walk away, but guests can prepare light meals at home if they prefer. We are a five minute drive from the M32 which in turn links up with the M4 and M5 motorways. There is parking on the property for one small car. Bristol Parkway station is a 10 minute drive away and we are served by buses to Bath, Parkway Station, and to the city centre.

Southville is a very popular part of Bristol and home to Upfest, which is Europe’s biggest street art festival. The accommodation itself is a self-contained part of our home with its own private entrance. Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious bedroom with en suite shower room. Directly beneath in the basement is a lounge area with kitchenette.
