It's a much better place than what you see in the photos- I don't regret staying long-term-

We loved our stay and only wish it had been longer! Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and Sean has thought of everything to help guests feel right at home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and charming. We had no trouble finding parking right out front, and we also had no problems at all walking home from an Orioles game with our two young daughters. We would love to stay here again!

My sister and I took a week trip to DC for a music festival. We absolutely loved being guests here! It’s a nice cozy apartment with everything you need. They provide the listed amenities and more, with amazing organization and labels! It’s a great spot to catch several bus routes and the nearest metro is a 12-15 min walk away. It was indeed the perfect spot to stay at if you plan to travel around the dmv area. Leo and Diana are very attentive to messages, responding quickly, and will check up on you! Thank you for being such amazing hosts, and if anyone is making a fun trip to DC for any occasion, I highly recommend to stay here!

This is the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Everything you could think of was provided. Very clean. Great instructions and Guest Guide. Large 1 bedroom/1 bath basement apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at this basement home. It was spotless, super cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The host was really, really nice—responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. One thing to note: the listing does mention that it can be loud, and that’s definitely true at times. There are young kids upstairs, so you’ll hear running, playing, and general activity throughout the day. If you’re sensitive to noise, it can be a bit disruptive. Just something to keep in mind when booking. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic place and we truly enjoyed our time there!

This was a fantastic. stay, The apartment is superclean,spacious and brandmew; everywhere are snacks and drinks. The host is extremely attentive and response to whatever concern within minutes and always comes up with solutions. The neighborhood is good with restaurants nearby. certainly the best airbnb we have ever stayed at. Thankyou Richard, we appreciate you and your kindness.

We chose John's place because it was a block from our Son's house in Butcher's Hill. We would choose it again because it was a beautiful place with everything you could need thoughtfully supplied. John was super responsive to every question and communication, which is a big plus. We would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

This house is exactly as pictured!! Franco was an amazing host. He was very responsive. I did not request the grill so the propane tank was empty so make sure to let him know if you need it! Other than that, this home was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!! I highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay! The house was spacious, comfortable, and just as described on the listing. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which made our time there very enjoyable. I had the pleasure of utilizing Sam's home for a small video shoot. Sam was super responsive and helpful while inquiring and throughout our booking. The location worked out perfectly for what we needed, and we really appreciated Sam's willingness to work with us and the wonderful space that was exactly as described and looked great on camera.

I came for a short stay after some extended stays about 5-6 years ago. This space is in a historic neighborhood and ideally situated to easily get to all of Baltimore. The space, as always, was very clean and you have everything you need to have a quiet, comfortable stay. Off-street parking is available which is a big plus.

This place is larger and even better in person than in the pictures. Large roomy kitchen that has an open floor plan on the main floor. Great master shower and huge master closet. The neighborhood was nice and safe. Very quaint.

We loved staying at Hamid's very inviting house! It was warm and well-appointed, and quite easy to access. Very close to the stadium as well.

I had a fantastic stay at Willie’s place in Arlington! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described—actually, even better. The location was super convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shops, yet it was in a quiet, safe neighborhood that made for a relaxing stay. Willie was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. He made check-in and check-out a breeze and even offered great local recommendations. The space had everything I needed, from a comfortable bed to a fully equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi. It really felt like a home away from home. Perfect location for exploring Annapolis attractions via walking including Naval Academy and downtown. A bonus for me, all areas were wheelchair accessible (except balcony). Very clean and well maintained! Bed was super comfy!

My family of 4 had a great stay at Ricky's place. The location couldn't be beat for going to the National Aquarium and Oriole Park. The place was really comfortable and clean. The steep stairs we read about in other reviews were not a problem for us.

Jordan and his place were both amazing. As avid gamers ourselves, this was a walk down memory lane. All linens and kitchen ware were available. You can cast your apps on the Google TVs, which is a huge bonus. There are tons of food places within 5 minutes walking distance and we were able to to walk to the CFG Bank Arena for a show with in 15-20 min. Saves on parking or Uber/Lyft costs. Jordan is extremely responsive and even recommended local eats. They were delicious. Thanm you so much, Jordan. It was a delight having you as a host.

The condo was pristine and so beautiful! The hosts were on top of all communication and flexible with us having two toddlers during our stay. It was an easy walk to Main Street and was equipped with everything we needed. Would recommend and definitely stay again!

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again.
