Book this place!! you will not regret it. It is amazing. Clementine’s place is very well located with the pool and the sea just a few steps away from the terrace. Across the road you will find a small grocery store, pharmacy, petrol station, restaurants and bakery. We are already planning our trip back and if Black Pearl is available we will stay there without a doubt.

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Antoine’s place. It is in a great location with the beach, restaurants, and shopping all nearby. We loved sitting outside on the patio in the mornings to enjoy breakfast with the iguanas, turtles, birds, and cats!

The location was breathtaking. You could not get closer to the water unless you’re on a boat. Th home was immaculate and the hostess was very proactive in communicating directions and answering any questions that might arise. We will definitely be coming back to stay if we can get the same home as it was that special! Definitely rent a car as you are remote. A few good restaurants across street (la cigale, and a Thai option)

Aline and Katie were great to work with leading up to our trip. They looked into finding the best place for us to watch the Super Bowl (Go Birds!) and went on a shopping hunt to look for a thermos for the beach for us. Eli made our trip great!! He met us at the airport, led us to the villa, showed us around and had a welcome snack and beverage awaiting our arrival as well as the shopping list of groceries we asked for. Eli also arranged for us to get a Firestick to watch the Super Bowl in the comfort of our villa to watch the Eagles win! He checked in on us multiple times during our 9 night stay. The pool was the warmest of any we have rented in the Caribbean. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our only critique was that showers needed to be spaced apart for 4 people due to lack of hot water but it was manageable. Great stay!!!

Silva was amazing and very helpful. She met us at the house gave a tour recommended restaurant and places to go. I can’t wait to return

The place was perfect, and the view and backyard were the highlights of our stay! We were just 5 to 10 minutes away from the best beaches and activities on the French side. The supermarket and an amazing bakery were only about 4 minutes down the road, along with a wine store. On the first day, I struggled to get my phone to work with Google Maps because I hadn't informed my cell phone company that I would be traveling abroad. However, the hosts were incredibly helpful in assisting me. The husband stayed on the phone with me the entire time, which made a world of difference since I was really anxious about my first Airbnb experience in the Caribbean. Once I sorted out the issue with my cell carrier, we were able to navigate all over the island easily. I would definitely stay here again, and I can't wait to come back!

Stop looking and book this house!! This is hands down the best AirBnB experience we have had! Angie was amazing, she met us at the house on check in and check out. She was very responsive to any questions we had about the local beaches, restaurants etc. The house was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. We were traveling with our two teenage daughters so everyone having their own bathroom was great. We spent a ton of time lounging in the pool and hanging out at the beach which is a quick 5 minute walk down the street. We will absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved Tamara's place as well as the area. We are in love with the beach which is a super close walk and extremely convenient. Tamara was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back.

A very modern, beautiful, air bnb. The hosts are very responsive! I could not find the plug adapters, and she was there to help, within a couple of minutes! I asked about a float for the BEAUTIFUL pool; She brought them right over!! The views are breathtaking. It's a perfect spot, VERY reasonably priced! We had a car rental, so we visited so many different beaches, and ate at many wonderful restaurants. Our favorite being Grand Case Beach and eating breakfast AND dinner at Rainbow Cafe. Everything around the island is fairly close and convenient. If we visit St Martin again, we will definitely choose this air bnb! Thank you!

Laure’s villa was a perfect place for a relaxing vacation for me and my boyfriend. The villa is very private and offers amazing views of the water. Every morning we walked to the local bakery where they offer amazing pastries and sandwiches. There is also an Italian restaurant that is in walking distance from the villa that we went to twice. I recommend renting a car and exploring the island and the different beaches. Our favorite was mullet bay! Also, we spent a day at Loterie Farm and it did not disappoint! We rented a cabana at the pool and even saw some monkeys! Finally, we rented a private boat through captain Jo and it was the highlight of our trip! We got to explore several small islands off of st Martin and learn history about the island and went to three great snorkeling spots. We will definitely be back to stay at Laure’s villa again. It was exactly how it looks in pictures and Laure was a great host. If you’re looking for a private, beautiful villa this is your spot!

First- Sotheby’s staff is outstanding- from the lovely concierge Cherline to the drivers, housekeeper, car rental, massage therapists- everyone was so friendly, helpful and kind. It is far beyond the zero service typical of an Airbnb and on par with a nice hotel. The home offers spectacular sunset views, a quiet and safe-feeling neighborhood, and access to both Happy Bay and Friar’s Bay beaches via the coastal trail. It is a ~10 minute drive to the amazing French restaurants in Grand Case (don’t miss Bistrot Caraibes). The home is well stocked comfortable and very tidy. The kitchen is replete with all supplies needed to prepare meals. The pool and outdoor areas are spacious and inviting. The layout offers good separation between the bedrooms. The mattresses are firm which is a matter of personal preference. There is cold air conditioning in all spaces and the internet is fast. Gorgeous views and exceptional service earn this rental 5 stars.

Hébergement très confortable et bien situé, proche de Maho Beach et dans un établissement qui possède piscine, jacuzzi et vue sur les pistes de l’aéroport Juliana ! Anchise est très réactif et flexible. Je ne peux que recommander ce grand studio avec terrasse tant pour son prix que pour son confort. Mention spéciale pour la literie qui est top.

Marie’s place is a fabulous place to use as your holiday home while relaxing in the beautiful St Martins. The accommodation has everything you need and you can relax out on the decking while the sea is only a few feet away. The local shop is just over the road for your groceries and there are 2 restaurants within walking distance. Our particular favourite was a 5 min walk along the beach and you could sit and have a meal or just a drink while the sea gently lapped the shore. It’s worth hiring a car to explore the island as there are plenty of places to visit, we liked Mary’s Boon bar (right next to the airport) and Grand Case where we went to some fabulous restaurants.

We had a wonderful week staying at Melinda’s condo in Grand Case right in the beach. The location is perfect and close to all that Grand Case has to offer. Easy to get around and you are surrounded by friendly people. Morning coffee, afternoon wine and evening dinners on the front balcony made our stay just perfect. The sound of the ocean this close was mesmerizing. We will be back!

My husband and I enjoyed 6 nights here. It is a perfect location with delicious restaurants just a 5 min walk away. The beach in front of the home is gorgeous and calm. The home and kitchen is well appointed with all the necessities for making a small meal. Close to the Super U for needed groceries. Nicolas was very attentive and made check-in a breeze. Would definitely recommend to any friends or family visiting the area!

What a wonderful beachside condo! The place came equipped with all the beach gear and household items. Eating around the village at the restaurants or having wine and cheese board from the village market ; this place was picturesque and everything was a 30 second walk away. Also, the speaker was amazing!

Bora bora is a very well appointed and elegant rental. We loved all the nice glassware for enjoying a drink on the patio. We also appreciated the beach chairs. Rachael was very nice and helpful. We love the Baie Nettle part of the island, you can walk to market and a great italian restaurant, and also quick drive to Marigot. We would rent again.
