Borrowdale extreme comfort

Home away from home. Millenium Heights Apartments Close to Groombridge shops and Sam Levy Village which is the top class shopping mall in Zimbabwe. Apartment is located on second floor which is the last floor. There is no allevator. There is still construction going on on some units and there will be a bit of noise during the day. Due to powercuts in Zimbabwe we use a Solar geyser.There is also a 3kv solar system incase of powercuts. My number is available for phone calls before 18:00

There is an inverter with solar panels and batteries as back up for the lights, fridge, WiFi, TV's, DSTV, air con/heater and some plugs if there is no electricity due to load shedding or a fault. The gas two plate and gas geyser are an option to the electric.
