Come enjoy this peaceful private getaway in a beautiful country setting that is still close to town and the bourbon trail. The cottage offers two bedrooms (one king, one queen) and one bath with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, W/D, front and back covered porches, and don't forget the animals! We have mini Highland and High Park cattle, a horse, friendly barn cats, and spacious natural surroundings. There is also a walking trail along the woods, and a beautiful pond. Dogs welcome too!

We decorated and dedicated this place in honor of my father who served in WW2 as a Marine. He passed March of 2020. We have all type of military things along with other unique pieces. We plan on always coming up with more things to change it around. This is a part of a duplex which sits on the property with our wedding venue. Our stay was exactly what we needed! The photos and descriptions are accurate. The host was responsive and friendly. You’re staying in someone’s basement so you can’t control the temp but they let us know that when we arrived and were able to adjust to our preference. It truly felt like we were just staying at a friends house that wasn’t home lol The hosts upstairs were practically nonexistent so no noise at all. Very homey and would recommend!

had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and stores nearby. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
