Located near the end of Lookout Point overlooking the water with westerly exposure for fabulous sunset viewing from the screened in front porch, the front yard and the two front bedrooms. Private water access at the back of the cottage and public access nearby. This is THE place to get away from it all. NO TV here, enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of the ocean air! Come and unplug! This cottage was built in 1930 and has been in our family ever since. It has been fully renovated with loving care. We would love to share this property with the right person/family who will appreciate it as we do. The ocean can be seen in two directions and is steps away. There is a half mile of beach access as well as trails, restaurants, and beautiful coastline to discover. This property includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens, blankets, towels and washer/dryer.
