Spacious basement apartment located about 7 km from Harstad city center. Private entrance, living room with kitchen, private bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms + office/sleeping alcove. In the alcove there are 2 single beds of 90x200. Extra sofa bed can be made up if needed. The kitchen has a stove and induction hob with 2 hobs. Bus stop in the immediate vicinity that runs every 30 minutes. Parking for 2 cars in the yard. It takes 10 minutes to drive to the city center. We have 3 cats and 1 dog in the house, the apartment is therefore not recommended for those with allergies.

Here you live reasonably and centrally, but at the same time a little withdrawn from traffic and the city center. The apartment is well equipped with what you need for both short and long stays. Leiligheten er 47 kvm og ligger sørvendt, ingen bebyggelse mot sør. Nærhet til turløype med lys. Meget rolig strøk. Man ser tydelig nordlys fra huset i klar vær. På nordsiden ligger Andenes sentrum i gangavstand ca 20min. Fem minutter tar det at gå til nærmeste matbutikk. Hvalsafari turer ut fra Andenes havn, to avganger per dag. Vi tillater husdyr da vi selv har to snille Samojedhunder i oppe i andre etage, hundene er selvsagt ikke i nærheten av leiligheten.
