The property is on the quiet side of the island in an area called the Ferry with endless stretches of clear, quiet waters. This area boasts some of the most incredible sand bars and beaches in the Bahamas. Take your entire party in our kayaks to explore the and bars and wildlife as you'll be a 15- minute kayak ride away from Moriah Cay/Harbour and the Lazy River Sand Flats. Even on windy days, the waters of the Ferry Harbour remain calm. Bring a picnic and park the kayaks on a sand bar to enjoy endless stretches of sandbars that emerge at low tide. Nearby Beaches: There are many amazing beaches nearby to the home such as Forbes Hill Beach, Tropic of Cancer Beach, and Pretty Molly Bay. All of these beaches are within 5 to 10 minutes of the home. Nearby Restaurants: Famous restaurants in Exuma such as Santanna's, Tropic Breeze, and Blu on the Water, are all within 10 minutes of the home. Tastefully decorated apartment in a quiet neighborhood just 3 miles east of George Town along the main Queens Highway Road. Guests will have unlimited internet access, Netflix, two televisions, a fully equipped kitchen and the bed has a 12 inch Gel Memory Foam Full Size Mattress for a Cool Sleep & Pressure Relief, Medium Firm Feel with Motion Isolation. The bathroom features a 9-inch rain shower head and also an outdoor shower for washing of sand from the beach. No direct beach access.
