Holiday rentals in Hato Viejo

By far our favorite BnB. Pictures didn't begin to do it justice-some things can't be captured in pictures. The peace and privacy, the sounds of nature, the clean air, having the beautiful view, being able to cook and eat breakfast out in the open-having everything we needed to prepare it, the warm pool...couldn't have asked for a better experience. Changed plans due to last minute health issues, but so glad we made it. 100% would come back.

The stay was lovely and so were Abner and Virelys. We will be back for another stay! The view and the sound of the waves was so relaxing. The patio is private and private parking was helpful. We were also given a large list of beaches, restaurants, and stores nearby to help with the stay. I do want to mention that the unit lacks hot water, as mentioned in other reviews. Not a big deal since it’s so warm anyway. The water gets lukewarm, but never hot. That’s all. And the plumbing restrictions require you to throw all soiled toilet paper in the trash, rather than flush it. This was very uncomfortable for my young children. It’s not a big problem, but it should be noted for future guests. Also know that the beach directly out front is not swimmable because of the rocks, but walking distance to BEAUTIFUL beaches that are. It’s also super close to Cuevo Del Indio! Thank you again for the wonderful stay!! We can’t wait to return!

I loved the stay!!! My partner and I were looking to stay in a place with our dog (pitbull) where we could be quiet away from the city, and it was just what we got. It has a large enclosed patio in which our dog was able to enjoy it without problems (difficult to get places with yards like this). The place is super quiet and cozy that we did not want to leave the place; and not to mention the beautiful landscape of the countryside and peace. In the mornings we could enjoy the cafe on the balcony appreciating the different birds and even horse, how nice!! The patio with the lights at night looks spectacular!! Inside it had everything you need to prepare food (pans, hammocks, utensils…), ver tv, air conditioned, fan. Very comfortable and fresh place. Super central and close to Supermarkets and restaurants. It was really a perfect stay, much better than the photos!! We went back to staying many more times. Thank you for such a good treatment.

Cristina was a great host and very friendly. Area was nice with lots to do around. Space was perfect. Clean, private, and big enough. Loved being greeted by their animals every morning! Would definitely book again.

The Airbnb was small and comfortable. Appliances were nice and all worked, plenty of things to do in the area and the host responded quickly to our inquiries. Will stay here again

My family and I stayed at this place and it was lovely. We found it clean and we enjoyed the amenities. There is a third bathroom on the top floor where you will also find the Jacuzzi. It's a balcony with an enclosed family room. Two bathrooms and three bedroom on the main floor and a private parking space. Neighbors are polite and one of them gave us details on how to get to the beach. The beach is just down the road; waves where strong when we were there but we enjoyed the scenery. Joset was helpful, there were some minor issues, but we informed Joset and he gave us instructions. There is always room for improvement but we really enjoyed our stay. Will love to visit again.

This is one of the best air bnb experiences I've had. I needed a place to stay while the AC is being repaired in my condo. Nasir was so kind and welcoming to me and my fur babies. His infused breakfast was so good I decided to stay for another night lol! Pretty view too, i really enjoyed watching the windsurfers over the beach. What a great experience!
