Located at the entrance to the small village Issarlès, on the Ardèche plateau, this 120m3 detached house has an enclosed outdoor space of 1000m3. The interior is spacious and high quality. Ideal for holidays with family or friends. On the ground floor, bright and friendly living/dining room + 1 bedroom (140cm bed)+ equipped kitchen,bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, a small living room+ 3 bedrooms(2 x bed 160cm +1 x bed 140 cm),bathroom with toilet.

At the base there is on 50m2: living room kitchen, a bedroom, toilet and bathroom, this for 2. But everything grows as needed up to 14 people. Everything is made for a nice stay with lots of equipment, games, TV, wifi etc ... There is a nice view of the village. The house is from the 50s and level 0 hosts a brewery and herbalism. The beer is made there without any particular disturbances. Maybe a cereal smell on Thursday or Friday (brewing day).

It is a small functional and comfortable space, carefully furnished, that has stopped its journey in our garden. It can accommodate 2 ADULTS AND 1 BABY OR YOUNG CHILD (MAX 12 years old). Pillows and blankets are available. Bed linen and towels NOT provided.
