The cottage is located in a small Burgundian village in the middle of a wooded park next to a small forest with 360° views of nature. Numerous hikes possible by taking the greenway of the canal between Champagne and Burgundy or the paths (along the Vingeanne River) that cross the village. 2 adult bikes are available. For swimming, the Trou d'Argot in Montigny-sur-Vingeanne, the Vingeanne River and the large Lake Villegusien and its nautical base are 20 km from the cottage.

Le site est privé, ce n'est pas un camping. Bienvenu au village Dervois Recharge voitures électrique ou hybride non autorisé. Le compteur n'est pas adapté.
