The house is around 110 m2 with private terrace 60 m2. Garden is shared with another house (rented all year long to friends). It is not closed because I am finishing the building. At your disposal you have wood and all the amenities you can need, parking at 30m, buble bath, Internet, sound bose, Canal+, canalsat, very well furnished kitchen. The house is plenty of light all day long, very confortable and warm.

I spent my childhood in this house, which has since been renovated to make it a warm welcome point for 2 people who love nature and tranquility with their pet (if cats are ok).
