A high-quality and tastefully furnished guest apartment with its own entrance awaits you in the Babelsberg villa district. A 10-minute walk to the tram in the direction of Potsdam and a 15-minute walk to the Griebnitzsee S-Bahn in the direction of Berlin open the door to two exciting cities. Our accommodation is located directly on the Lehnitzsee, north of Berlin. Ideal for cyclists, couples, single travelers and small families (2 extra beds are possible in the attic). The separate guest house with lake view is ideal for trips to Berlin and exploring the lovely area. The beach is 150 meters away, the S-Bahn 1.5 km. The Berlin-Copenhagen cycle route runs nearby. Berlin Wannsee Sommerhaus

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming but no designer tiny house, no standard furniture from Ikea. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key issue. We are on the wall path. Also pets are welcome.

"Fährblick" holiday home

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and can be reached optimally by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to buy a property right on the water. In addition to our now fully renovated single-family house, our cottage located directly on the waterfront is also located on the property, which we have now also partially renovated. Hello, I rent my beautiful apartment in Caputh located directly on the water, overlooking the Templiner See. From the bedroom you can access the balcony and enjoy the view of the lake. A 1.60m wide box spring bed ensures a good night's sleep. TV, a small music system as well as some board games are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can have a great breakfast there. There is also a shower room.
