When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? Villa Karolína

The two-storey Villa Karolína is a private building situated in a quiet part of the town of Štoky in the heart of the Vysočina region in the middle of the Czech Republic. The villa is ideal for larger families or groups of friends. There are 12 comfortable beds in 6 rooms, 3 spacious bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, a large living room, a swimming pool (30°C), a hot tub (37°C), a sauna, a wine cellar and much more. Hygge cottage is a place that is perfect for relaxing with a cup of cocoa, a glass of good wine and sitting on leather by a burning fireplace. In summer, we like to sit on the wide steps and watch the murmuring stream right by the cottage. The interior of the cottage was decorated with love. One hundred and fifty years old floorboards add to the atmosphere of the old times. In the Hygge cottage you can enjoy the sweetest sleep in one of the best handmade beds in the world from Hastens. A Cedar bath barrel is also prepared for guests!!!

Chalupa Gabriela Na Želivce (Cottage Gabriela Na Želivce)

The cottage is located directly on the banks of the Želivka River in the old buildings of the tourist village Želiv. The cottage includes an outdoor wellness area with a Finnish sauna and a hot tub with a jacuzzi. An excellent starting point for hiking in the beautiful surroundings or for cycling. Ideal for fishermen and mushroom pickers. There are 3 dams within 3 kilometers. Sedlická 38ha, Trnávka 100ha and Vřesník 8ha. The cottage is located directly on the banks of the Želivka River, where it is also possible to fish.

The cottage is located in a beautiful sunny place, near the Sečská dam (200m). Nearby summer restaurant, playground, tennis courts, pedal boat rental, boats and paddleboards. There are two bedrooms in the small apartment. One with a double bed and one with separate beds. An extra bed is possible on the couch. It has a private bathroom with a toilet, fireplace and terrace. Outside there is a sauna and a built-in heated barrel on the terrace. In JULY/AUGUST rent only for a week Sunday/Sunday.

We offer a unique Treehouse for rent in the Stvořidla Protected Landscape Area. The Treehouse is located on the edge of a cottage settlement in the immediate vicinity of the forest. A bridge crosses the river, where the bike path and hiking trail through the Sázava river valley begin. Next to the treehouse there is a stylish outdoor kitchen where you can prepare a simple meal or barbecue. There is also a beautiful stylish bathroom and above all a Cedar HOT TUB.
