Holiday rentals with lake access in Hawkins County

Enjoyed our stay although we were at a horse show so left early, back late. Great to have the space for 8 of us to spread out and get some rest each night. Very helpful and responsive host.

Our family of 5, including 3 teenagers, had a lovely time at Alex’s home for spring break. The home was well maintained and had all the necessities needed. The location was perfect for us to unwind from our busy routines. Pleasing teenagers is one hard task but this house did the trick with fishing, paddle boards, and the hot tub. While there were enough bedrooms for each kid, they decided the bunk bed room was their favorite so they all stayed in there! Alex was very responsive to the questions we had during our stay. We would definitely consider coming back again!

We loved our stay, Della was super friendly. The home had an amazing view and the property is in a great location you’re not far from town. We had everything we needed there for cooking our meals, we are already planning our next stay here!

This is are new go to when we visit Family. Very Tranquil setting peaceful quiet. We are Animal lovers So their Dog Tuff Tuff came and visited us owner was present we said it’s ok we love Dogs. Go about your day Tuff Tuff stayed with us for about 15 minutes and he just left. Very Nice People. Look forward to visiting here again😊 God Bless

This home exceeded expectations. The home is larger in person than in the pictures. Everyone was able to have their own space when needed, but then there was more than enough room for all of us to gather for games and meals. Cooking meals for a group was a breeze with the butler's pantry, kitchen layout, and porch grill tools. Another highlight was the accessibility for those with mobility challenges; railings and grab bars helped with stability and balance. Lastly, there were some updates and amenities that weren't in the pictures: Newly installed sidewalk to the dock, paved firepit, and water toys. We rented a pontoon from a local marina for the stay and the dock was just perfect for parking the boat overnight.

Stayed as a family four, two year old and five year old, and found the house to be the perfect size for our family. All listed amenities were available and since we booked the property was updated to now include a beautiful new deck in the back of the house with a grill and traeger smoker. Both kids greatly enjoyed the playset and the fenced in yard gave us peace of mind with the kids running around. Would recommend staying here and Michael is a great host who is responsive to messages and provides clear check in/check out instructions.

If you love quiet and the outdoors, this is definitely the house for you. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kids loved using the paddle boat & kayaks. The dock is perfect to fish from, even in the rain. Night time fishing gets lively thanks to the green light on the dock. Tip, if you night time fish, use steel leaders or the Gar will snap your line every time.
