Aga couldn’t have been a more responsive and gracious host. The house is simply perfect - the outdoor areas are expansive and beautifully appointed. The kitchen and bathrooms are all renovated and beautifully maintained. We absolutely loved our stay. 10/10 and will definitely rent this lovely home again.

It’s was a great place to stay

We had such a perfect stay at Camp Chicory. I’d traveled there along with three old friends, and it was a wonderful spot to spend time in and reconnect. We had grand plans to take advantage of outdoor winter adventures in the Poconos, but when the weather was uncooperative, we were more than happy to just stay inside all day instead! The kitchen has everything you’d need for lots of cooking, with a cute mug collection to enjoy that hot chocolate bar. The shower pressure was magical, and the beds were super comfortable. Oh how we loved the eclectic record collection, and only wished we’d had time to enjoy more of it! But truly, the MVP of our weekend was the wood burning stove, which provided the perfect cozy atmosphere to enjoy quality time with friends. Moira and her team were top notch communicators, both before and during our stay — always available with a quick response to answer our questions. Believe the reviews — you won’t be disappointed. I wish I were back there right now!

We really enjoyed our time at this house! The lake views were awesome, and the lake was great for kayaking. We saw eagles every day and were regularly visited by a couple of ducks. We didn’t take fishing equipment with us, but went to Walmart about 30 minutes away to get everything we needed. Our success with fishing was limited - we caught and released several small fish over a couple of days - but just standing at the edge of the lake was peaceful. The Ahart’s Market around 20 minutes away was great for grocery shopping - we cooked all of our meals at the house. I would recommend taking oil and spices as the selection at the property was limited. I would definitely go back, but next time I would take more blankets with us because the temperature was colder at night than we had expected based on the forecast. It also rained for about 2 1/2 of the days we were there, but it was peaceful to spend time in the great room, and ping-pong and darts were available in the garage.

Steven’s Home was absolutely perfect! Check In was smooth. The home is in a gated community which is very safe and the grounds were very well maintained. The home was exactly like the pics, the home was fully equipped with everything you need to make you feel right at home. The house is right across the street from the beach/lake. We had daily visitors from the Deers 🦌 Steven is a great communicator and very responsive. My family had an amazing time! The WiFi was perfect, I was able to work from home with no issues. There was even a work station in the home! The game room/Pool Table was also great. We spent 6 nights at Steven’s Home and I have to say it was amazing! Walmart/Markets/Food was within a 15 min drive. There’s a community center with daily actives and Bingo on Tuesday’s. My son had a great time in the Basketball Courts! We will definitely love to return in the near future. Steven was a great Host!! Thank you for everything. 😊

My daughter and I stayed here with our two dogs, and it was the perfect home for us! The house sits right on the water, with a great covered porch that made even rainy days enjoyable. It was clean, well-stocked, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. The community is tucked away and private—like an adult summer camp in the best way. We’d definitely come back!

The Lakeside house was very nice and enjoyable. Allison was an excellent host and responded quickly if we had any concerns. House is located about a half hour from most attractions. Interior of the house was very clean and as pictured. Outside had many enjoyable activities and seating, but also could use some attention. It didn’t keep us from having a good time though. If we considered another trip to the Poconos we definitely would consider the Lakeside house. Thank you Allison for sharing your home with me and my family!

Awesome stay! The house was super clean and nicely updated, with amazing views all around. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We loved using the provided paddle boats, kayaks, and fishing gear at the private dock. Even when it rained, the community center with an indoor pool and a restaurant gave us something fun to do (extra fee, but worth it). Great spot for a relaxing mountain getaway! Highly recommend this listing!!

I stayed here with 6 friends, the place was very homey. I loved the cute little accents to the house that provided a vibe like no other! The bedrooms were so comfortable. Going to local stores was not much of a hassle. The home has pots and pans, and cooking utensils if it is ever needed. There is a cute lake 4 minutes of a walk to sit down on the ledge and dip your feet in for a nice relaxation. We were not able to use the lake for swimming purposes due to the weather, but it is a great place if you want a weekend getaway or that of some sort with a group of close friends and family. Samantha was more than great at accommodating, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service to us! We appreciate her attentiveness and all around care during our stay. George's Lakeside Lodge was more than what we expected! Pictures do not do the justice. The place was in pristine condition and very well stocked. It was cozy and spacious. Had all the fun amenities for all age groups and lakeside view was immaculate to wake up to. Each corner had seating options to space out and the sun room was so cozy to even enjoy in the rainy day (It was a beautiful weather though for us despite the forecast). Literally right next to a small beach and many were enjoying it already in mid May. The house comes with kayaks for added fun and you can go straight out to the water from your back it looks like. Large and comfortable seating for fire pit and outdoor dining. 4 couples stayed for 2nights and 3 days but definitely will book again for 3nights next time to fully use all the amenities. Master bed was so comfortable; kitchen was so well stocked; each guest had a full set of towels; all appliances were in working condition and modern. Definitely returning.

Our family really enjoyed staying at Samantha’s place. Her house sits right on the lake which made for beautiful views. Saw lots of deer daily who some of them let us hand feed them. There was 7 adults at times during our stay and there was plenty of room for all of us to stay and sleep comfortably. If we needed anything, Samantha was very accommodating and got back to us right away. The only disappointing aspect of the stay was that the main lake that the house sits on is closed. Even though Samantha has a row boat and kayak for her guests’ use, we were not able to use them on the lake as it is closed at the present time. I feel like this information should be listed in her description of the house as we were looking forward to using the boats on the lake when we booked the house. There are other lakes in the development that you can use the boats in but you would need to be able to transport them yourself to the lakes. All in all though, we would highly recommend this house.

A very clean, comfortable and well equipped place! we had peaceful family time kayaking, enjoying the view of the water, and it was also cool enough to enjoy the sauna! Great wifi to also do some work calls as well. Kitchen and grills well equipped for simple enjoyable family cooking and meals. The projector TV was great for family movie night. Fire pit was beautiful for s'mores. Bathrooms w great hot water/water pressure. Beds comfortable! We would love to return. We were very happy at the home and thus we did not try any community amenities. Hosts were responsive!

Booked this property for a quick weekend getaway. Cabin was clean, had everything we needed, and had a great view of the river. Walking distance to town. Would stay again, I'm sure it's even better in the summer with the river access.

Our family had a great time in Beach Lake PA. The cabin was a perfect fit for our family of four plus our dog. We were able to use the kayaks and SU paddleboards around the lake and had fun making smores at the firepits out by the beach. If you like a rustic but comfortable stay with your family we would recommend Ethans cabins at Tuscarora Lodge in the Poconos.

My friends and I rented Kim's airbnb for a wedding weekend and we had a truly wonderful stay. The house was spotless and Kim was an excellent communicator. She also provided thoughtful details throughout the space - lots of firewood for the firepit, makeup remover wipes and extra toothbrushes, helpful notes on how to use certain appliances or find light switches, and even a fully stocked s'mores making kit for us to use! It really made the experience enjoyable. The house itself is so unique and the surrounding land overlooking the lake was beautiful. My favorite part was hearing the frogs chirp at night by the lake :) 10 out of 10!

What a great stay with a generous host who was both helpful with suggestions and great with communication including weather updates(we had a winter storm during our stay. The wood burning stove was a romantic treat). We’d gladly go back and explore his waterfront campsites as well.

We recently stayed at karina’s home in the Pocono Pines and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, Karina and Justin were incredibly welcoming and made check-in a breeze. The house itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and exactly as described. The pictures truly don’t do this house justice. The comfortable bed, all the upgraded amenities and well-appointed kitchen made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—just a short few second walk to the lake enjoyable. I especially loved 360 degree views. The house was decorated beautifully and super clean. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area . We look forward to returning in the future! Thank you, Karina for being such a gracious host!

By far the best airbnb I have ever stayed in. so peaceful and the outdoor space was amazing. we didn’t spend much time inside but loved everything about that too. it was very bright and clean and all the little touches (including the s’mores ingredients they left for us) were very thoughtful and perfect. we had other plans the weekend we stayed, but we are already talking about coming back to just stay at the house for a long weekend and do nothing else! i really can’t say enough great things about the place!

The chalet is perfectly located in charming WLE, a quiet, family friendly community on the lake. Has all the amenities you’d need (paddle board, kayak, grill, cornhole, bonfire) for a fun-filled weekend. 15 minute walk from WLE’s marina. Our group of friends had a great time playing games, painting, and enjoying the spacious chalet. WiFi was fast and supported multiple calls at once, even extended onto the deck. Thank you, Carolyn, for being a responsive and kind host! Well stocked closets with towels, linens galore, and pantry. She even let us check in a little early for free :) Would recommend to anyone looking for a tranquil lake getaway.
