Jump in the river or relax in a hammock by the water, say hi to the neighbors, or take a scenic run right from the house.

We are located approximately 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 20 minutes to the quaint town of Waynesville and 3 miles from Springdale at Cold Mountain Golf course. Asheville is a 30 minute drive.
