We had a wonderful stay at Kevin's place! the host was very responsive and the space was really clean. Overall, the stay was great and we enjoyed our time there.

Ivor was very responsive from the time we booked the apartment till check-out. Key collection is easy with very clear instructions given. Apartment is per the photos, very well decorated, neat & cosy. Furnishings are new, crockeries, bed linens, towels all very clean. Smart TV with internet access. Host also provided complimentary coffee capsules, teabags & condiment for cooking. Beautiful view at the top floor. Transport is super convenient with Southern Cross station & free city tram stop all within 5min walk. My family has a comfy stay here for 10days. 👍👍

We booked this stunning Airbnb in Sassafras, VIC for our parents and it turned out to be one of the best stays they’ve ever experienced. The property had breathtaking forest views, and every detail was luxury—from the decor to the amenities. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful. My parents were warmly welcomed with a beautiful basket of continental breakfast filled with generous extras, along with snacks, drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages that truly made them feel pampered. The space was spotless, serene, and surrounded by nature—perfect for a relaxing getaway. My mum was over the moon, and my dad kept saying how impressed he was with everything. The care and attention the hosts gave was unmatched. They’ve already decided to return again soon. We’re really grateful to the hosts for making their stay so special.

Great convenient place to stay to access the local area. Right on the main street with restaurants and shops within walking distance.

This is a fantastic apartment in Fitzroy. It exceeded my expectations! Large bright place that is well stocked. Comfy bed, and couch, awesome shower and tub. Great heating if you are there in winter. Wonderful location with grocery store across the street, tram stop out front and lots of restaurants in the area. Highly recommend!

A wonderful host, a beautiful place. Great location right next to a supermarket and a great base for Yarra Valley. Clean and comfortable for a cold winter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property less than five mins walk to Main Street. Very very comfortable bedding and massive bathroom. No faults whatsoever and we’ll be back.

Alsace studio was a lovely little weekend stay. It had a lovely view, close to town and a cosy atmosphere. The place was clean and very suitable for a weekend away as a couple. We’d happily return again.

Loved my stay here! The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt really welcoming. The host was very proactive and easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth. The location was perfect too as its in a lively area with heaps to do and so many options for places to eat. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Would 100% stay again!

Great location - close to trams, entertainment venues (theatres), plenty of restaurants nearby, and QV building for groceries etc - made it perfect for us and the things we wanted to do during our stay Appreciated having convenience of kitchen and laundry. Balcony was a great extra to be able to get some fresh air. Some minor night noise after midnight on Friday & Saturday nights but nothing major - we had no issues with it but light sleepers may. Very responsive host overall. Noticed light globe over dining table not working in first few days of stay - host v responsive once notified

Perfect little 1BR apartment in the heart of the city. Great views - especially at night & the place is super clean / tidy. Will defiantly be back next time I'm in Melbourne!

Stayed 2 nights at Allan and Elizabeth’s listing. The place was as per photos and felt very clean and fresh. Host was kind to get the heating turned on for us before we arrived as it was a cold day. We chose this area as it was in close proximity to the massive Chadstone shopping centre and is between Melbourne and Phillip Island (penguins). Overall a very pleasant and easy stay. Do note to request for self check-in if required as we had the host wait up for us and we felt really bad!

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location was perfect—easy to get to with no traffic hassles, and having parking access was a great bonus. Everything was explained clearly upon arrival, and the apartment had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time here. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use the pool and spa as it was a bit too cold, but we’re already looking forward to coming back and making the most of it next time. Thank you for a smooth and enjoyable visit!

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Wonderful experience. From first communication to the last, Henfry was friendly, courteous and proactive. Directions for parking and accessing the unit were clear and easy. The unit itself was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Lovely views with good wifi. Good heating for a cold few days! Beds were comfortable and the tram (free tram zone) was just outside the front door making the CBD easily accessible. Great place to stay! Highly recommended

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Nothing to complain about—the photos looked exactly like the space. Enjoyed my stay. When it comes down to it, choosing an Airbnb in a city like this is mostly about picking the right neighborhood. So if you're looking in this area, you'll do well to choose Paul's place. No issues at all.
