Welcome to this studio-loft condo that has been recently renovated from top to bottom and is an ideal location within Park City. 2 bus stops are conveniently located on the complex perimeter that take you to Main Street, Deer Valley, the Canyons, or anywhere in town, and bus rides are free! 4 minute drive to main street, or a short bus ride. Several coffee shops, restaurants, & grocery store within 5-10 minutes walking. The historic union pacific rail trail runs right behind the complex.

Located in Prospector Square this studio condo is perfect for a fun and relaxing stay. It is a Sundance film festival venue in a coveted location facing the rail trail with a free bus/shuttle to Park City’s Main Street and ski resorts (The bus is approximately 15-20 minutes to ski resorts.) You will also have guest access to a seasonal swimming pool, year-round hot tub, outdoor fire pit and outdoor grill. For a fee there is also access to laundry, and a gym.
