At the end of the road, this comfortable home offers solitude and a charming hobbit path to beautiful Heceta Beach. It's a great place for family fun or a romantic get-away. Well stocked for cooking and kicking back. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are in an open loft (with an enclosed bathroom dividing the two spaces. NOTE: We still allow pets, but have had numerous problems with irresponsible dog owners. Well-behaved dogs and owners who take responsibility for their pets are welcome.

The house is fantastic! Laundry is only accessible via an outside stairway - is it in the basement/garage. The 4-digit code for the garage is in the binder/folder. The instructions sent via Airbnb were hard to understand and incomplete regarding accessing the garage/laundry space. We had to call to get the code (we later found it in the binder.) The house provides a ton of beach amenities like chairs, towels, toys, kite, etc. Even sleds for the dunes! Our kids had a blast. We'd definitely stay again.

The sunflower seas was a great stay! The place is very clean and neat with decorations that go with the theme. Norma and Greg are very nice and communicative, they were friendly but also respected our privacy. They made sure to supply us with everything we needed the whole time and are attentive. Florence is very nice town with lots to do around, and if you’re thinking about staying there you should definitely choose the sun flower seas!

We loved Susan’s place! The layout of the house was perfect for our group of four. The couches and beds were very comfortable. The view was awesome! You can sit on the couch and watch the sunset, but we chose to walk the very short walk to the beach and enjoy a few of them in person. You’ll love the location! Thank you Susan!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spacious, with beds for everyone. The kitchen was amazing, large, and easy to use. We enjoyed cooking dinners and eating at the large dining room table. The kids enjoyed playing the games that we found on the beautiful three season patio. The home was spotless with beautifully finished bathrooms. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. We really appreciated the responsiveness of the hosts when we did have questions. We were close to the beach - just a 5 minute drive to the north pier jetty beach (which was beautiful even on a drizzly day). And about a 15 minute drive to the Heceta Head Lighthouse, which was a fantastic afternoon outing complete with amazing vistas, a short hike, and playing on the beach. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great stay!
