On the terrace you can enjoy a coffee cup and a good book in a hanging net built into the terrace. Close your eyes while hovering in the hanging net and enjoy the view of the 5 km long Byavatnet and Trondheimsfjorden.

Please remember your own bed linen/towels. It is possible to hire bed linen/towels for 50kr each. Upon departure, you must clean all rooms and wash the kitchenware so that the apartment is ready for the next guest. Trondheim is 25km away and Trondheim Airport is 7km away. The bus stop "Solbakken" is 5min away and the train station "Hommelvik" is 1.7km away.

Prepared ski slopes in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. And you can explore Trondheim which is within reach (50min). The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Watch out for toddlers, deck has no handrail.

Liten men koselig hytte i Storvika med vann, strøm og vedfyring. En sovealkove i hytta og et anneks med bad og soverom. Hytta ligger i skogen ca 400 meter fra Storvika Strand og friluftsområde. Storvika er Trøndelags fineste strand og en super badeplass! Storvika har også flere boltede ruter for fjellklatring og stranda blir mye benyttet til vindsurfing og kiting. Gangavstand til togstasjon og sentrum. Det kan forkomme noe støy fra parkeringsplass og industri på dagtid.

Simple and peaceful accommodation in a central location. 1.3 km to railway station, 0.4 km to the city center. 3,5 km to Trondheim Airport. The guesthouse is located on the same land as the landlord's house. Parking space available 5 meters from the entrance area. Washing machine and dryer in basement on main house. The guesthouse is basically an older house from about 1925. The house is well equipped and is a pleasant place to be.

Grønberg Gård, great apartment 20 min from Trheim.

Grønberg farm is located in scenic surroundings by the sea. It was built in 1910 and was fully renovated in 2015/2016. The house is preserved according to the regional Directorate of Cultural Heritage, has a modern bathroom and kitchen, but retains its original atmosphere.
