    How do I turn Smart Pricing on or off?

    Smart Pricing lets you set your prices to automatically go up or down based on changes in demand for listings like yours. You're always responsible for your price, so Smart Pricing is controlled by other pricing settings you choose, and you can adjust your nightly prices at any time. Smart Pricing is based on the type and location of your listing, the season, demand, and other factors. Please note: Smart Pricing is not available to hosts in Spain.

    Turn on Smart Pricing

    To turn on Smart Pricing:

    1. Go to Your listings on airbnb.com and select a listing
    2. Click Pricing at the top of the page
    3. Next to Nightly price, click Edit
    4. Next to Smart Pricing, click the circle to turn on Smart Pricing
    5. Enter a minimum and maximum price
    6. Click Save

    Once you turn on Smart Pricing, your prices will be automatically updated within the minimum and maximum prices you set. Smart Pricing works for all open nights on your calendar, and you can adjust specific nightly prices at any time.

    Turn off Smart Pricing

    To turn off Smart Pricing:

    1. Go to Your listings on airbnb.com and select a listing
    2. Click Pricing at the top of the page
    3. Next to Nightly price, click Edit
    4. Next to Smart Pricing, click the circle to turn off Smart Pricing
