    What can I do when a pre-approved booking expires?

    When you send a pre-approval, you’re giving a guest 24 hours to book a reservation before it expires. Here are a few ways to help a guest book your place even after a pre-approval expires:

    • Send a special offer
    • Ask the guest to send another booking enquiry if you’d like to pre-approve again using the same pricing from the original pre-approval
    • Ask the guest to send you a reservation request
