    What can I do when a special offer expires?

    When you send a special offer, guests have 24 hours to use it. When a special offer expires, it means that the guest didn’t accept or decline the offer within 24 hours of when it was sent.

    It’s still possible for a guest to book your place even if a special offer expires. The easiest way to help a guest book your place is to send them another special offer.

    You can also ask them to send a new request to book. Once a guest sends a new request, you’ll have 24 hours to accept or decline their reservation request.
