How to change your cancellation policy
Want to offer guests more flexibility? Or maybe you’d like a little more protection against cancellations? Either way, it’s easy to change your cancellation policy once you decide on one that works for you.
To change your cancellation policy:
- Go to Listings and select the listing you want to change
- Click Booking settings
- Under Policies, go to Cancellation policy and click Edit
- Select a policy, then click Save
- Tap Profile
and then tap Switch to hosting
- Tap Listings
and tap the listing you want to change
- Tap Booking settings and go to Cancellation policy
- Select a cancellation policy, then tap Save
- Tap Profile
and then tap Switch to hosting
- Tap Listings
and tap the listing you want to change
- Tap Booking settings and go to Cancellation policy
- Select a cancellation policy, then tap Save
- Go to Listings and select the listing you want to change
- Tap Booking settings
- Under Policies, go to Cancellation policy and tap Edit
- Select a policy, then tap Save
Changes to your cancellation policy are only applied to future reservations and don’t affect any pending or confirmed reservations.
