    How do I set my nightly price?

    To set your default nightly price:

    1. Go to Your listings on airbnb.com and select a listing
    2. Click Pricing at the top of the page
    3. Next to Nightly price, click Edit
    4. Enter your nightly price and click Save

    Any changes you make will only apply to future reservations, and won't affect reservations that are already confirmed.
