The game room is not climate-controlled but there will be fans/heaters for you to use in that specific area and the upstairs is air-conditioned by a window unit!

Welcome to our cozy studio complete with a private entrance. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, and Keurig, and the king-size bed features a medium-firm mattress for a restful night's sleep. This studio is in our basement. You might hear our dogs or footsteps sometimes since our bedrooms are right above. We do our best to keep noise down, especially when we’re home. We can't wait to host you & making your stay as comfortable as possible!
