This adorable but well-appointed farmhouse cottage is located just a few streets from the heart of DT Beaufort, in the desired neighborhood of Pigeon Point, with easy access to the boat launch. Just a few blocks from Bay Street and the Marina, where great shopping and outdoor dining with breathtaking views of the harbor await. Cara May Cottage

We love the laidback neighborhood, charming historic architecture, and the 5-block walk to the breezy waterfront along Bay Street. The cozy cottage is one bedroom, one bath, and a lovely living space on a postage stamp lot. The built-in breakfast nook is our favorite spot. Other features are the chic furnishings, 11’ ceilings, tall casement windows, and little front porch. Off-street private parking for one car and smart tv/wifi. The 400 SF cottage is named after the architect's daughter.

Cheerful tiny close to downtown, 9 mi to Paris Is.

Make yourself at home in our renovated tiny home just two blocks from the bay and less than 1 mile to Downtown Beaufort. In just over 400 square feet you will find a living room, full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and washer/dryer. This circa 1940s home has been lovingly updated and decorated to make for a comfortable stay. You will sleep soundly on the 12" memory foam mattress and cool technology pillows. *Please note that the living room/kitchen floor slopes about 4" due to the home's age.

The Cottage at Burroughs

The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

Completely renovated in 2020, this cottage provides the perfect combination of old with modern amenities. The front porch has both swings & rocking chairs, perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening! Original floors in living and kitchen area, shiplap walls, TV’s in living area and both bedrooms & a fully equipped kitchen make this home a great spot for your vacation.

Who is Buddy? He was our black Labrador of 12 years. You'll see his photo as you enter. This well kept tiny home has a private bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sleeper sofa , 2 TV's, a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Downtown Beaufort is 2 miles away, Parris Island is less than 5 miles away. In a quiet neighborhood. Are coming for a fishing trip and bringing your boat? Come stay with us , we have room for your boat. You can flush your engine and rinse your boat down.

The “White House” sits off of Boundary St. convenient to all Beaufort has to offer. Just a few blocks from USCB and beautiful sunrises over the Beaufort River. All of Beaufort's restaurants and shops are within walking distance or bikes can be rented nearby. Beaufort Waterfront is home to a marina, public docks, kayak rentals, boat tours and a great time day or night. HI Beach Pass provided. This light and attractive home offers a downstairs master suite with a King Size bed and a recently remodeled full ensuite bathroom with tiled walk in shower. There are two additional Queen bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. Unfortunately no pets allowed.

The cottage was completely renovated in June 2022 and it is in heart of the National Historic District of Beaufort and only a 10 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants and only a 2 minute walk to Bay Street and the Beaufort River. The cottage is also only a 10 minute drive to Paris Island and 20 minute drive to the beach and we provide a pass to the Hinton Island State Park / Beach.

This bright upstairs apartment has lots of windows and a high porch with views to the Northwest Quadrant, one of the four neighborhoods in Beaufort’s Historic District. It is 5 blocks to the bluff overlooking the Beaufort River and Beaufort's scenic Bay Street, then a little farther to the Waterfront park, restaurants, and shopping.
